I think it's nice that you're an Adobe Product user and you like sharing your knowledge of the software with other users. That's great.  Too bad there's no voice over to explain more about what you're doing.

If you want to learn from the pros, I highly recommend studying Aaron Ness  (PHLEARN),  Jesus Ramirez (Photoshop Training Channel), and Unmesh Dinda  (piXimperfect).  They each have set a very high bar to follow.
