Thank you in advance

Hi @giovambattistar25488876 there isn't an Adobe product that can do this.

You're looking for customer management/sales software which is similar to what Adobe Experience platform offers, but the price point on that starts at six figures.

Have you looked at something simple like Quickbooks or similar solutions?

Hello!

Do you need a text based solution, or an image based solution?
How would you like to present it? (is it for your achives or do you need to display it, for example on a website, a catalogue or somewhere else)
What kind of informations would you like it to show exactly?
What system are you using right now?

if you need something similar as an excel file (text based, for your archives) then see @Kevin Stohlmeyer 's answer

To add my 2 cents, identify each image with a unique code (look at File Info under IPTC and IPTC Extension to see if something there works) and then keep track of that info in a CRM.

Any good small business management app will let you track sales by product and customer.

@giovambattistar25488876

I've moved your post to The Lounge since it is not a question about how to use Photoshop.

Thank you all for your replies.

It is for my personal archive, just to track who bought which picture (and the number of the picture when selling under limited vesrion)

best

Gianni

Are you selling images through Adobe Stock?

Stock Contributors have an online portal that gives them a breakdown of assets submitted, sold and which ones are your top performing sellers, etc... However customer data is protected for privacy reasons.
