@Marni34988765zv2v whitelisting does not cost anything and your IT knows this. Whitelisting simply means that your IT is allowing access to the firefly IP addresses to communicate.
If the students do have individual accounts and not shared licensing - then your IT Admin (with access to the Adobe Admin portal) will have to make sure Firefly services are enabled on the profiles used for the student accounts.

@devs_5005 "Rubik's cube" is trademarked so it cannot be used for a prompt.
You can describe a puzzle cube with square tiles, etc. etc. - the more specficity you give the better the results.
You could also upload a reference image to assist with results.

@albyspeziali If you are an Enterprise customer, you could insert the image in to your generation. If you are an individual or Teams account, I would generate an image with a wine bottle then replace with your product using Photoshop or other image editor.

At least on my dock at work and at home (two different brands) the front ports are not powerful/fast enough to support the read write speeds for an external scratch disk. They are mainly for charging or connecting peripherals like a keyboard or mouse.

Why is the serial number invalid or revoked?
Adobe blocks serial numbers that have not been issued by Adobe, or have been used fraudulently by unauthorized sellers to produce counterfeit software. Unfortunately, you may only know the serial number has been blocked for this reason when re-activating or reinstalling Adobe software.
What should I do if the serial number is invalid or revoked?
Do the following if you receive the "Invalid serial number" or "Revoked serial number" message:
Check that you are using the correct serial number for your product installation. See Find your serial number.
Note:
A serial number has only 24 numbers. Here is an example of the serial number format: 8721-0892-0867-4459-9223-2874.
If the serial number associated with the software is blocked, find information on this page to quickly resolve the issue.

@michaelm101 as noted unfortunately your current setup does not meet minimum requirements for Photoshop 2024 or newer. In fact, your GPU card is not showing at all - if you do have one installed you may want to check it and either re seat it in the board or try upgrading the firmware.

I can second @ExUSA 's advice and get a Saatchi dock for your M1 Mac (same model I have) and use exclusively USB-C when using an external for your Scratch Disk. I have a smaller HD so it's not an option after Sequoia and Adobe/Microsoft apps installed so an external SSD USB-C connected through my Saatchi dock is my only option.

Hi all - there are several reasons this message would pop up.
1. You do not have a current subscription to a plan that includes Adobe Firefly.
2. You are using a VPN to connect and are blocked due to geolocation.
3. If you are using a business account/enterprise or teams - Your Admin has to allow access.
4. Your Firewall is blocking access - check router and Windows Firewall where applicable.
5. At one point or another you had an illegitimate version of Adobe software installed and it is still detected.
If none of these apply - contact Customer Service to validate your account status.

A good proposal would be something similar to what @turner111 posted which would be a "convert to layers" option but keep your original generated layer to preserve the AI results for future modification.

@Anneke2721992336w3 Firefly Pro is not for Enterprise users - if you want access to the Enterprise features like Video Translate with Lip Sync, etc. you need to have a contract for Creative Cloud All Apps Pro V4 Edition.

@DISNKD You can't. As of 2013 Creative Cloud apps are managed by the Creative Cloud Desktop App. It is a requirement. There are no stand alone installers.
