I got curious when you added the note of writing to a single layer DVD. 

 

I assume that's an added value for those of us who still use  DVD recorders?

Oh ok... interesting that you noted that.

 

I still have some of those laying around somewhere in a very dark and trashy closet with spare computer parts.

 

So that means a full windows 10 installer can fit in less than 4.7 GB; lightweight.

 

Most of the added stuff will come from the updates after the live install completes. That's very convenient nowadays. Not sure if you will be able to boot straight into desktop without being online.
