Hi,
A font that has successfully syncronized it's my computer for months is now showing up as not available. Illustrator recognizes that I can sync it from TypeKit, but clicking the "sync" button does nothing, only an endlessly spinning loading symbol. I've tried quitting and restarting both Illustrator and Creative Cloud. Again, illustrator notices I have the font available to sync, but does nothing when I attempt to bring it back onto my computer.
Is this occurring for others? Are there any known solutions? I have a deadline to meet, haha…

Hi Tara,
I'm sorry that you ran into trouble with this. It looks like the Creative Cloud desktop application is unable to write to one of the files on your machine, and so you are stuck at a spinner.
Run these steps to fix the spinner:
1. quit the Creative Cloud desktop application
2. from the Go menu in the Finder, choose Go to Folder
3. paste in this path and click Go:
~/Library/Preferences/
4. In the window that opens, you should see a list of files including com.adobe.accmac.plist
5. click on com.ad

6. start the Creative Cloud desktop application again.
Please give that a try, and let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your help and patience here.
Cheers,
Benjamin

Thanks Benjamin! I should have specified I'm on a Mac, what folder should I be going to in that case? I'll poke about and see if I can find something comparable in the mean time.

Actually, that was the correct answer. I was just unfamiliar with the Go menu. TypeKit fonts now show up, thank you Ben!
