Installing Fonts on CS3

I am so lost; Can someone please tell me how to install downloaded fonts into CS3, I have already extracted them, but for some reason they wont appear in photoshop?

You don't install fonts into CS3. You install them into your operating
system, and then they're available to all applications, including
Adobe's as well as everything else you've installed. See your
operating system documentation or help file or use a google search,
for the specific version of Windows, Mac, Linux, or any other.
