Looking over this page it doesn't appear that Motion is availabe on the iPhone yet. An example of the button you're looking for is a few circles with a play button, you can see it in this example of how to create animations, but this is shown most likely via an iPad.

If you search through the forum you will notice this has been asked many times. Adobe staff have indicated that it is being worked on, however they do not give release dates.

Are you saying you created a basic four layer project, saved it, then when you reopened it there were eleven layers and the main figure had moved off to the side? I'm not sure how you might be able to bring those back. Definitely a strange result with the whole layer moving on its own. I don't think this will help in this particular instance, but you might want to update to iPadOS 16.6 and Fresco 4.71.

Fresco creates shapes rather than lines in Vector. This is the most likely reason for what you are seeing in Illustrator when you open a file created with Fresco.

When you tried to Open a copy in illustrator did you choose to Convert Layers to Objects or flatten the image. Not sure if this will make a difference regarding your issue, but it could be worth experimenting with. I'm also noticing a lot more posts from iPad to Mac having more difficulty than iPad to Windows devices.

Did you open the file in Photoshop at all in between using Fresco? There are definitely some features in Ps which prevent the file working in Fresco after editing. If you have not done anything with Ps in between then their is a weird internal action taking place.

This is strange, if you don't get anyone jumping on with an answer try going through the app and submitting a bug report directly to the developers (App Settings > Help > Report a Bug). I don't think they generally support the huion tablets so that could also be part of the problem.

I think I've seen a solution suggesting signing out and back in to the Creative Cloud and Fresco can help clear this up. Have you tried things like that?

Set the canvas to the size you want. I don't see it going over the edge of the canvas using pixel, live or vector brushes. What device are you using and can you add a screenshot.

1) F6 Opens the color chip, can easily access eyedropper from that panel. There are finger gestures in app settings, but I have not managed to activate the color picker as suggested that way. 2) Press R then the ruler will rotate 3) Ctrl J is listed to hide current layer, but doesn't seem to work. Generally suggestions should be sent to the Fresco UserVoice page for other users to vote and comment on. This is where developers look so they know what people want them to work on.

Fresco does not have an option to turn a brush into a dashed line. You would have to continuously lift and drop the pen to achieve that sort of result. Unless you can find and install a specific dashed line pen I think you would have trouble creating the effect evenly.

Might be some hardware compatibility issues. Have you checked the system requirements? When you say it doesn't work, are they not leaving any colour at all or does it not spread like a water colour would be expected to?

Pixel or Rastor by nature will always have that pixelated edge. If you make your canvas the size you want to print and draw your image accordingly you'll reduce issues. It will also help to increase the ppi or ppcm under pixel size in the new document tab.

Did you try sending from Fresco to the iPad version of Illustrator? Large files can take a very long time to come across to the Desktop, but they're quite quick within the iPad. Testing this might help to narrow down the issue. Seems to work with iPad to Win10.

Sometimes signing out of the Creative Cloud then signing back in will help. Other than that have you checked the system requirements to make sure your system has what it needs? Since it running Win11 it should but sometimes it is work checking.

Did you try going through the app to report a bug? App Settings > Help > Report a bug. This will send the Fresco developers an email, in which you can explain what is happening and it will include your device/app details and that might be enough to help them help you connect Fresco to the correct libraries.

I would have to agree that it is the most frustrating app. When it was first released it was a freeform drawing/painting app. Since having to implement features from all the other Adobe apps to keep users happy it has lost its purpose!

My above screenshot has come from the Creative Cloud. That's the best way I can see to remove your unwanted brushes.

Not sure if you can select the ones you want to install. It has been a while since I've added any brushes by if you can download the pack and look inside via a file explorer then you should be able to choose what to install. Alternatively you could go into your Creative Cloud account and remove all the extra afterwards.

Are you able to install a previous version? That would probably be your best option to allow you to continue to work until a new version is released which would hopefully not have that problem.

I think the best you've got at this stage is to use the lines which appear and draw from one marking to the other then move the ruler and draw from and to the same markings on the ruler. Or are you saying you don't even see the basic markings? For feature suggestions I would recommend heading over to the Fresco Uservoice page, search for an existing similar request and add or upvote it. Or create a new topic if nothing already exists.

If you have the Creative Cloud app installed you can do that by going to the three dots at the end of the Fresco Listing. One of the options is "Other Versions".

I think the closest you would get to a gradient in a brush would be to use the multi colored brush. Which on testing just now doesn't seem to want to stay within the brush, but that could be because I've forgotten how to select multiple colors.

Do you by any chance have two Adobe accounts? All your work is on one, but you've logged in on the other? Your best option would be to go through the App Settings > Help > Report a bug. Using this opens an email directly to the Fresco team. It will also send details about your app and device. If you have concerns about doing anything further with the app then you can send an email to frescohelp at adobe dot com Hope this helps.
