What device are you on? Win10 and Win11 have been having major issues with Fresco since Version 4.3.
Now even with Version 4.6.1 it still crashes for many of us on either Win10 or Win11.
Adobe employees have suggested trying things like creating a new Admin account, Repairing or Resetting the app through settings.
These suggestions work for some, but not all of us.
Though you screen does get further through the process than mine, so it does appear to be a different issue.
