Hello @jeremy holton Thanks for adding the screen shot of dxdiag it is helpful. I can confirm that your GPU Card is not compatible to run Fresco. Fresco requires Feature Level 12_1, as you in the list of Feature Levels the graphic card only supports 12_0. You can check availability of this feature level in case you are planning to upgrade your GPU. Regards, Rohit

Hello @chadh64331598 The document get sent to Illustrator Desktop(Windows/Mac) in which you should be signed in with the same Adobe ID you are using in Fresco on iPad. The document is not saved like PDF and is sent through cloud workflow. Once the sent file is opened in Illustrator you can save it to the native file. Are you working on Mac version or Windows version of Illustrator? Can you try once after rebooting your system? Thanks, Rohit

Hello @Bpiotrow @aronii Thanks for providing the log files. We reviewed the logs and it seems the GPU card is not compatible on your systems. Here is the system requirement details for Fresco https://helpx.adobe.com/fresco/system-requirements.html Due to an isssue on our side in Polish language we were showing the wrong error message. Hello, Both GPU cards on your system are not compatible to run Fresco. DirectX 12 with Feature level 12_1 is required for running Fresco. Hope this helps. Thanks, Rohit

Hello, AMD support is currently being worked upon and would be enabled in near future. Regarding your other device with Intel 4000 graphics card, this device is not supported since the GPU doesn't have DirectX 12 capability. Regards, Rohit
