I remember Motion Array recommends all producers to submit templates based on 'Software Only' rendering in the project settings to avoid the havoc of incompatible GPUs etc...  Try to switch to GPU acceleration in project settings. I don't know the structure of this template, but sometimes templates contain lot of assets that might not all be necessary, so you can toggle switch off some clips and try. what is the sequence size? you can go for lower dimensions if that is applicable but you will have to do new size adaptations. Youtube will re-encode your footage anyway,  I personally would go for H.264 and there are already Youtube export settings for that. So you could keep your high res QuickTime export, and if you can do your minor edit on the already exported QuickTime, you can re-export as H.264 with a Youtube setting of your choice.  Faster for uploading as well... ... That's most probably a mogrt keyframed inside After Effects, but when imported into  Premiere Pro, you have control over properties enabled from After Effects, but no control over their keyframes in the Essential Graphics panel inside Premiere Pro.
