I experienced the same issue on a 2017.1.2 version and after deleting media cache from both premiere and media encoder, then deleting the preview files and auto save files as well, it worked, then after several exports failed again, repeated the process, sometimes it worked, sometimes the system freezes and I have to restart. I was working on a 4K project, running on Windows 7 'Ultimate' with a Nvidia Quadro K2000 and 16GB DDR3 RAM intel core i7 3.30 Working on Full HD projects is having no issues at all, it is just with 4K and I have nested sequences and applied effects including the 'transform' effect, tried turning off 'use composition shutter angle' as that causes trouble sometimes but it was not the reason behind that specific 'error' ... Did you try the latest Premiere update ? If you are still facing problems then try to delete all previous preview files associated to this project and then clean your media cache, try to manually clean the media cache as well if this does not work get back here please ... View more

If the creator of the mogrt used a certain font on after effects that the user of the mogrt does not have installed on their pc, I guess we face such behaviors because until now, there is no access to change font or font styles from within the essential graphics inside premiere pro. If you have the After Effects file with your item, go to AE and change the font from there for the one you have and like, export the motion graphics template and import the new one into premiere... i dunno what's included within the item you bought. check if a font link is mentioned anywhere in the item description and download the same font used if you won't go to AE ... That would be awesome Vinay ! tx a lot If possible too, since you are taking notes for the next update, to get Font and Font Style editing capabilities with 'mogrt' files so that we can have full control over fonts of mogrt files inside Premiere Pro... Right now we have to go back to after effects, change the font, export the mogrt again, then import it back to premiere, or workarounds to create checkboxes with expressions linking several different fonts,  as well as checkboxes and expressions for each font style (bold, light, italic etc ...) ... try to right click on your imported files from AE with alpha, then choose 'Modify' and then 'Interpret Footage' and under the Alpha Channel  Conform Alpha Premultiplication to Premultiplied Alpha (check the checkbox) see if that helps ... View more

There might be other reasons but its all related to the original AE file maybe something with the expressions, some improper linking or too many links from one comp to another could play a bad role for playback on Premiere Try to contact the author if you can 'Digital Juice' ... View more

yeah so the original AE file on which the mogrt was created cannot be downloaded with it, we have only the mogrt and I can conclude that this file is too slow to even edit, everything works fine in the controls and the project is well setup but what is causing the delay is the Motion Blur used in After Effects, if just this can be removed I guess everything will be fine. If Adobe Stock support can help you just asking the author to remove the Motion Blur I guess you will be fine. This will affect the motion smoothness but could be good for rendering.
