I generally post-process the JSON from extract to create a Markdown file. When I hit a table, I read past it, read in the .CSV as a Markdown table, then contuinue with the JSON. It works great. I have some Node.JS code I can share if you like.

Save the fonts into the Word file. That should prevent font substitution. But because you are merging in variable data, be sure to uncheck the second box.

For native PDF (non-scanned) it's 100%. Unlike most of the structured text extraction competitors, we don't convert the PDF to an image and then OCR the text, we read it directly out of the PDF. For scanned PDF, our accuracy is on par with other OCR tools at near 100% but very dependent on image quality.

You can't programmatically apply a signature using Acrobat Sign. Plus, you don't really want to do that. Your code doesn't have the required intent to make the signature binding. Remember the 2010 United States foreclosure crisis that was caused by robo-signing documents? I suggest you rethink your workflow.

Currently, the Acrobat Services are not HIPPA-Ready. While we are SOC-2 compliant, which gets us most of the way there, we are still working on getting our HIPPA-Ready certification, which involves a bunch of non-technical stuff in addition to the code. Unfortunately, I don't have a timeline for you.

There are, in fact, a ton of font errors in this PDF. Exporting to Word uses a different tool which is why it can be read.

Embed API will "stream" a linearized PDF and display the first page as the rest of the file is loading except for IN_LINE. With IN_LINE mode, all pages nust be available, meaning the entire PDF must be loaded so that an appropriately sized iframe can be created for the PDF to paint into.

Adobe Embed API does not store any data to Adobe's cloud so it doesn't fall under the HIPPA regulations. It is a completely client-side PDF viewer.

Currently, we don't have a setting for that, but it would be a trivial developer task to post-process the Excel to find and delete any images or formatting. That said, do you really want to convert to Excel, or are you just trying to get the table data in clear text?

Yes, the limit is 100MB. However, there is no way to tell how many pages will get you to 100MB. A one-page file with a huge image and lots of embedded fonts can be 100MB.
