That is what you may have been told, but it does not work. Adobe's licensing system is designed to prevent that. In fact there are many complaints about people who have installed the trial and uninstalled it due to problems and complain how the re-install won't work. People complain about almost everything in this world because the level of their knowledge is not up to scratch.  After uninstalling, you need to clear the registry entries (in a Windows system)  and this will allow you to install again.  However, this is an adobe forum so I do not want to discuss this matter anymore here. You can download the trial versions of Adobe products and that will give you 30 days of free learning tools.  After 30 days, you can uninstall the product(s), clear the registry entries and then install again to get another 30 days free of charge.  You can continue doing this as long as you need to until you can afford to buy your own product. I am very happy with the support I am getting from Adobe whether it is outsourced or not.  The problem is Americans, the British and Europeans don't want to do support type work so Adobe and other companies don't have any other options but to find labor overseas who can do the job cost effectively. First you need to clear your browser cache so that you can be sure there is nothing on your system.  Second, you need to scan your system for potential trojans or key-loggers to be sure there is nothing that is compromising your system. It is unlikely there is anything on adobe servers because of the way these forums operate. Have you got latest anti-spyware and anti-virus software with definition updates?  If not I suggest look into this first.  There are many free ones that do a good job to protect your system. hth ... This issue was discussed and a workaround was established in http://forums.adobe.com/message/2471979#2471979 Since you participated in that thread I wonder why you are bringing this up again without providing any new relevant input. Is the workaround not working for you?   Do you have any relevant observations to suggest that the conclusions we arrived at are incorrect? Is there any reason to bring this up again?
