I just checked the above log file and can see that the application that is causing trouble with the installation is Project Felix. You appear to be installing this installation package on a Windows 7 machine and the minimum system requirement for installing Project Felix lists down Windows 10 anniversary edition hence it is failing. Hi mazzie1180​, The most common cause of a package installation failing could be due to operating system incompatibility and the first application from the All Apps package that I can think of which can be causing this failure is Project Felix. Project Felix requires you to be running at least the anniversary update of Windows 10. However to find out what is exactly causing this roll back of the package installation, could you please check the PDApp.log file located at %temp% on one of the affected machines and see if you can see an error code there. Hi Michael, We currently only have a provision to specify the directory where the application installation occurs and we cannot choose the folder where the sub folders and other metadata is saved after installation. Hi Chito, So most probable cause of the invite failing could be if it has expired. Please note that the invites that are sent out by the Enterprise Dashboard are only valid for a period of 72 hours. Have you tried going to the Pending Users section of the Enterprise Dashboard and choosing the user's ID and resending the invite to them? Also, if the browser fails when accepting the invite do they get a specific error message? The user can also try setting up a free Adobe ID first and then going back to their email and accepting the invite with the credentials they have setup for the Adobe ID. Thanks ... View more

Hi Chris, If you wish to deploy the applications anonymously, i.e. if you do not want the users to be prompted for a sign in or a serial number when using them, the package needs to be built using the Creative Cloud packager only. Now, there are multiple kinds of solutions that our applications are sold under. If you do not think you have ever used a serial number before, I am guessing your school has purchased Device Licenses which is what can be deployed without any serial numbers and a sign in. Now if the package is asking you for a serial number to build the package, I suspect you may be chosen an incorrect product type on the Creative Cloud Packager welcome screen. To ensure you are choosing the right product, please log out of the Creative Cloud Packager ( click on your name in the top right and choose the option to sign out) and then on the welcome screen, choose the first option for Creative Cloud for Teams and Eduction. Hi Rob, You are right in your approach about deploying Acrobat DC. It has to be a stand alone package for DC including the .mst and then deploying the rest of the CC Apps through a package created by Creative Cloud packager. Also, the update patches would have to be packaged separately as and when updates are rolled out for the product. Hi Rob, If you are building serial number packages, it is actually recommended not to include the CC Desktop app. This is to prevent any confusions for end users where they may be under an impression that they need to login to the applications which is not required as the applications are pre-activated during the packaging stage with your serial number. Now, about the updates being greyed out inside an application if you go to the help menu. By its default setting the Creative Cloud Package has the options for users to install updates turned off. If you would like to enable users with admin rights on their machines to install application updates themselves, you can go to ' Change' under 'Package Configuration' on the Package Details screen on the Packager and choose the second option under update behaviour to allow admin users to update the applications themselves.
