Got a new student plan with my university email 5 days ago and everything was working well and as intended until yesterday, when i booted up after effects only to be stopped by a Log into account screen. Tried all the possible passwords, with my student email, and none worked, tried the forgot password button which sends a code, but it never arrived. I backed out and tried login in directly with google, which works, but i soon find that all the apps are locked and my plan wasnt showing up. I then get a “Welcome to adobe” email, which i had not received when i first made the account. Now in the rush of the morning in a new job i had to resubscribe with the same plan to unlock everything again. I have the payment receipt from 5 days ago so i know im not crazy.Tried talking to client support yesterday after work but i couldnt get ahold of a human and the bot could not give me proper answers.I want to know what could have happened and if there is a way to stop the potential extra charge il

I also just got a call from the (408) 606-3892 phone number you referenced. She sounded slightly robotic and AI, and I was very weirded out. I had just gotten off the phone with Adobe Business customer service not 20mins prior, and this local number calls inquiring if I was able to get my question resolved.It was unsettling as the speaker referenced some specifics on my phone call with Adobe, though there were small things not adding up. This is why I feel it is likely an AI scammer.

6 years ago i asked if the AUSST tool can only download Windows ONLY Adobe updates on the update server i run internally for my business, the answer was no, its 2026 are we still only downloading everything? i dont need MAC and now MAC universal. its wasting disk space and each time i do the weekly check in incremental update it still downloads all the usless MAC files and have to delete all after each. its such a waste and backwards process! come on Adobe… the worlds most popular OS is WINDOWS…!!!

Environment:Windows Server 2022 Standard (RDS) SentinelOne installed Need Adobe Acrobat Reader for unlicensed users and Adobe Acrobat Pro for licensed users on the same server.Problem Summary:We are trying to deploy Adobe Acrobat Pro alongside Adobe Acrobat Reader on our environment. We currently have Reader 32bit installed, however, Acrobat Pro installation via enterprise MSI file in the download package consistently fails. The Acrobat Pro MSI installation rolls back with error 1603 / Return value 3. We have used the adobe Cleaner Tool as well before trying to install Pro with the .msi, but still 1603 error comes up. Installing the .exe leads the unlicensed users to a sign in loop asking to sign in (if popup is closed then the PDF closes too). What is the best way to deploy both reader and Acrobat Pro/standard version on the server?Any guidance on best practices for this setup would be appreciated!

My account currently has two profiles:An organization profile, provided by my design school. A personal profile.I recently graduated so I’m expecting my Adobe Contract to be termined in a few months, which raises some questions for me.My files and my Behance are associated to the organization profile, but I wish to move them to my personal profile. At least, I need to be sure that I won’t lose my Behance profile, because I want to keep my views, ratings and followers.¿What happens after they stop paying for my adobe plan? ¿Will I lose both profiles? I already change e-mail access to a personal one. ¿How can I be sure I don’t lose my personal files at the organization profile? ¿Can I migrate them between profiles? ¿How can I ensure I don’t lose access to my Behance portfolio after my organization plan ends?Please help, since I am very worried about losing access or my whole my portfolio being deleted. 

I have a Teams Plan which includes 3 Adobe Acrobat licenses for my work team, however we now only require 2 licenses.  I have been going round in circles trying to see if I can amend my plan with no luck whatsoever.  None of the help pages provide any correct or useful information and there is no where to have a live chat that I can see either as it just links back to the same 'help' page.  Please can someone advise how I can actually amend my plan? Or speak to someone at Adobe that can do this for me? Either this or I will cancel the plan altogether and set up a new one, but I cant even see a way to cancel the plan either! My organisation has a Creative Cloud subscription that allows 2 devices to be logged in at once. For some reason it is picking my device up twice. Every few days I have to sign out from 'laptop78' (which is my laptop), to be able to use it on 'this device' (which is laptop78). The other device login is being used by our other comms officer on laptop49. Any ideas on why this would be happening and how to fix it?

I’m trying to generate ai images for my collab class and the generator isn’t working and hasn’t worked for day. 

This question is 50% warning to anyone considering a team account, and 50% a cry for help. Does anyone now how to fix this? We just created a new team account for 4 team members and deactivated everyone’s personal Adobe accounts thinking that would give us a smooth transition to join our accounts together and unlock some new benefits. NOPE. Unfortunately, this has created a ton of issues with virtually no benefit, and the agents who walked us through the process gave us no warning or awareness to prepare for any of this. Now that our personal accounts are deactivated and the team account profiles were created: We all lost ALL data associated with the previous personal accounts, (except the account owner who could still access CC Libraries). I applied (for my organization) for the non-profit licenses ($15/yr) and was approved by the vetting org Goodstack. But I have not been designated the "Admin" so I cannot login to the Admin portal to adminster the licenses. ?

Hi!I don't have access to my Behance and Adobe Portfolio. I have recently migrated my Behance - https://www.behance.net/tomasz_wieloch and Adobe Portfolio - https://tomasz-wieloch.myportfolio.com/ to a Business profile and now when I log in to the website with the same password and email as before it takes me directly to an empty profile - https://www.behance.net/tomaszwieloch. I have selected to not have my account be selected automatically and it still doesn't let me choose the correct account.When I log in to my Adobe Account it let's me choose the correct account though, only not on Behance and Adobe Portfolio. Do you know how to get back access to my portfolio?
