TL;DR: Asset reclamation is now seamless.Reclaim content from users who leave your organization by transferring their assets to another user seamlessly. When someone leaves your organization, reclaiming their files no longer requires the recipient user to download a zip archive and re-upload it. Admin Console now transfers a removed user's assets directly into another person's storage, with the original folder structure, comments, version history, and sharing permissions intact. What changed Transfers happen directly, no zip file and no manual re-upload Folder structure, comments, version history, and collaboration permissions carry over, so previously shared content stays shared The recipient sees the reclaimed content automatically in Adobe Home. Creative Cloud Projects and PDF Spaces keep their original names, everything else lands in a new folder named [Removed user]'s files How it works In Admin Console, go to Users, select the users to remove, then select Remove users
TL;DRContent Logs now capture the prompt and model name and version behind Firefly generative actions. Enterprise admins get audit-ready visibility into how AI-generated content was created, across Firefly Web, Adobe Express, and Firefly Workspace within Photoshop. Who this is forAny enterprise organization already using Content Logs Applies to generative actions performed in Firefly Web, Adobe Express, and Firefly Workspace within Photoshop Covers outputs saved to Adobe Cloud storage onlyWhy this mattersAs GenAI adoption scales across organizations, "an action happened" is no longer enough. Admins need to understand how AI-generated content was created, not just that it was created. This update closes that gap. With prompt and model metadata now flowing into Content Logs, admins get a stronger audit trail to support governance, compliance, and internal review workflows, without needing a separate tool or manual tracking. How it worksPrompt: captures up to 2,000 characters of the promp
TL;DR Admins can now search for inactive users in the Admin Console using their email address, username, first name, or last name. This makes it easier to locate a specific inactive user when you don't have their exact email on hand. Why this matters Previously, finding a specific inactive user required knowing their exact email address or manually paging through the Inactive Users list, which is impractical for organizations with a high volume of inactive accounts. This has been a frequently requested improvement from admins managing storage governance at scale. With this update, the search field now accepts email addresses, usernames, first names, or last names. Once you locate the user, you can act on their folder using the same options available today. What you need to know Search by email, username, first name, or last name is available directly from Storage > Individual user folders > Inactive Users. Search may return no results in a few specific cases: if the user's inf
We had thousands of Adobe Stock images licensed on a previous plan. We switched to a VIP plan to make sure individual users can’t set up their own accounts. The new VIP plan is supposed to include Adobe Stock and all our previous licenses were supposed to transfer over. We had a VIP plan several years ago, and then it got switched to a Team plan because something got mixed up, and so now we are going back to the VIP plan. However, none of the previous licensed history from the Teams plan was moved to the new VIP plan. I can see two profiles. One old profile has 36 assets and the new profile now has 11 or so (licensed after the switch). We need to get our previous license history moved over so we have access to it. Ideally, all the history would be combined in one profile. Also, the new plan says “Education License” when we had a standard license before. What does that mean? What is the difference? We’ve tried to contact support and have cases open, but last week they kept saying it wou
Creative Cloud was actually running several different processes in each user context and causing not only memory and CPU pressure, but also high IO which resulted in 200 users being unable to use an RDS server. We attempted to disable the startup processes but this thing just keeps spreading. We do not need this to read and write PDF’s and want a way to remove it and just use adobe pro.
I have had an Adobe account for years with about 75 users. I have never had an Account Manager as far as I know. Today I received an email with a subject of "Immediate Attention Requested | Individual Accounts" This is the body of the message - "As your Account Manager at Adobe, I wanted to bring to your attention to flagged multiple sign-ups under your domain that urgently need to be consolidated under your admin control. This misalignment can lead to security risks, compliance issues, and operational inefficiencies. By consolidating these licenses into your team account, you’ll benefit from: ✔ Full ownership and control over Adobe licenses✔ Simplified billing and compliance management✔ Enhanced security and seamless collaboration✔ Smooth transition with zero downtime✔ Prorated refunds for cancelled individual licenses Shall we proceed with the consolidation? Should I send you the approval link?" Is this real or a

It seems like every single system to submit a bug report or feature request on Adobe’s website is broken.I first noticed this when, while attempting to share a feature request, I clicked the “Share Feedback” button in the Adobe admin console, which can be accessed by clicking the help icon in the top right of the console. Nothing happened.Attempting to find the appropriate place to submit a bug report led me to a chat with a live agent, who helped me troubleshoot and ensure the issue was not user error. We confirmed the issue was present across Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on two separate computers. No errors appeared in the JavaScript console when clicking this button.I was then sent to https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html by both the assistant and Adobe’s support helpdesk software, which is supposedly a link to a form that would allow a user to submit feature requests and bug reports. However, this page does not have any forms on it whatsoever. The page is written like i
We have installed Adobe 2024 Pro (Classic) and Reader DC on our Windows 11 machines, mainly for language reasons (2024 is unavailable in the language most of our users demand). We can change the default app no problem, and select either Reader or 2024 Classic and all PDFs from Windows Explorer or the PDF attachments open with the selected version (it works with another PDF app some of our users must use, too). But PDFs embedded on Office (mainly Word) always open with 2024 Classic instead of the default PDF app. We need a way to make them open with Acrobat Reader. The attachment type Word shows is AcroExch.Document.DC. The HKCR registry entry for that file type is set to open with Reader: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroRd32.exe" "%1" (again, we need the 32 bit version because the 64 bit version of DC doesn’t include the language we need). But even so, and with Reader DC set as the default app, the embedded document opens with 2024 Classic. Is there any registry
Hi all,Posting here because I've hit a wall with chat support and I've seen at least one other thread describing the same issue, so I'm hoping a moderator or product team member can weigh in.**The setup:**- I'm the System Administrator on our Adobe Teams (Business) plan.- I'm trying to install the official "Adobe for Creativity" connector inside Claude (the Anthropic/Adobe MCP integration launched April 28, 2026).- When I click Connect in Claude and the Adobe sign-in window opens, it fails immediately with: **"Your organization does not allow access to third party applications."**- The window header shows "Enterprise ID" and the URL is https://adobeid-na1.services.adobe.com/ims/fromSusi.**What I've already verified:**- "Allow users to integrate apps" is enabled in Admin Console > Products > App Integrations.- Claude does not appear in the "Add App Integrations" list and there's no Claude entry under "User-accepted integrations."- Tried multiple browsers, incognito, cleared cache,

Herkese merhaba.
Latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud 6.8.1.856 on Windows 11 Enterprise 25H2. And I see Error 191 when attempting to update CC even though it's already updated. I've dug through ALL of the suggestions posted here, Adobe's article on its 191 error, and more. Brand new Windows 11 deployment, brand new install of CC, and still get this error. Not just on one laptop, but multiple. No amount of troubleshooting resolves it. Seems like a bug that's been popping up since before COVID and each version brings it back in some way. WTF Adobe?
I wanted to create a reusable workflow but I don’t have that feature on my account. See screenshot below. What do i do? Is this because it’s not included in my licence? Thank you for those can help.
I applied (for my organization) for the non-profit licenses ($15/yr) and was approved by the vetting org Goodstack. But I have not been designated the "Admin" so I cannot login to the Admin portal to adminster the licenses. ?

I’m currently being overwhelmed in my CCD app with the Adobe Stock section currently showing EVERYTHING our Enterprise account users have licensed. It would be great to have a toggle at the top to show all or just my individual licensed images. I can’t find anything now as its like scrolling through the entirety of Adobe Stock.
I am trying to deploy Creative Cloud via Intune for Microsoft Surface 7 laptops (ARM based Snapdragon X processors). Before I package the software for Intune and script it, I’ve run it on a local device to test that it installs ok. When I run the setup.exe just by double clicking it I get the following error. There is nothing being logged in the PDApp.log within any of my temp folders.Has anyone else successfully deployed the self-service package of CC to ARM based devices via Intune? What am I missing? I’ve followed Adobe’s documentation and it’s no good. My package details are below:
Hello,Following the release of Creative Cloud Desktop 6.10 and the "Limited Beta of AI Assistant integration", we are facing a issue. For security and compliance reasons, we cannot deploy features that are still in Beta.Currently, when we create deployment packages using any versions of Adobe applications, they still include the latest version of the Creative Cloud Desktop app by default. Is there a way to force the packaging of an older version of the Creative Cloud Desktop app while the AI Assistant remains in Beta?Alternatively, what options exist for enterprise administrators to disable or block this Beta feature completely?Thank you.
We purchased 60 licenses for the Adobe Type Library in 2008. I have some questions about the the license, especially in terms of hosting the fonts on Monotype Connect. Since this is a legal question how do I contact someone at Adobe who can answer questions concerning this almost 20 year old license?
When using my work microsoft account i cant log on ipadOS 27 because its reported as macOS and we have blocked macOS in CA.Its the same on all the adobe apps.
Today I received to Emails from someone who identified themself as B Vivek Sharma. He said he is “my account manager” at Adobe. The logo looked “off” being a red letter A on a white background, surrounded by a red box when your logo is typically a white letter A surrounded by a red box. The first email begins as follows: “Trust you’re doing great! I am Vivek, your Account Manager at Adobe, and I happen to see that your company has multiple contracts and wanted to check if this is Intentional.” and the second email begins, “There are several individual Adobe licenses under your company domain that are currently unmanaged and billed outside your team account. Not taking any action right now may lead to:” First, I don’t have a company or a company domain or company contracts. I have exactly two subscriptions with Adobe, not multiple Adobe licenses. The email was trying to get me to click on a link and “book a meeting” with him which I am not about to do. The email appears to come from ad
Hi, our domain is claimed and we enabled the Azure/Entra User Sync for SSO.Sometimes SSO does not properly because a person has two accounts for our domain.A business account (created by the Azure Sync) and a personal account which they created themselves some time ago when the domain was not managed. As a regulatory and legal requirement we need to get rid of those personal accounts.Either migrate their data to the company account or force the user to change the e-mail address to their personal one. How can this be done ?
As a license Admin, it is essential to keep track of user licenses as people join, leave and change roles within the business.Currently there is no way to track even basic usage of Adobe software. We need an option to see the last sign-in time for a user at a minimum, and ideally that data on a per application basis, so that we can see what software users are running to ensure we have the correct license applied. I'm not asking for any detailed tracking, but the user has to be signed in to their Adobe account within the software, e.g. Adobe Acrobat, and presumably when the application is launched this performs an authentication interaction with the Adobe platform, so it would be very easy to give a last signin time.
I do not own a tablet, and my computer does not have a tablet linked to it. I did search it up, and the only solutions I was able to find were to download from Chrome, which I have been doing; to restart the device, which I also did; and to check for storage, but I have a TB of storage available. I was able to successfully download Photoshop and Premiere, but Illustrator is just giving me the tablet version which I cannot access. Am I doing something wrong? I did check, the PC version of Illustrator is part of my plan.
