Executing policy commands like RUM errors out on some apps, and silent install Creative Cloud Desktop App has never worked. Managing a fleet of shared computers with multiple users per machine is annoying to say the least - also a huge time suck to manually update each machine too. Am I the only one with this issue? Where are my JAMF admins at, how do you all do this? Sending out fresh package installers is a network bandwidth hog too. Is it possible for Adobe to fix these commands so they actually work via JAMF execute command policy?
I noticed your team is using multiple individual Adobe subscriptions. Many companies on similar setups end up with: · Multiple monthly card charges· Limited admin visibility· Higher per-user cost[personal information removed by moderator]
Hello,I am planning to purchase an Adobe Lightroom 1 TB subscription for my company in Slovakia. My company is VAT-registered and has a valid Slovak VAT ID (IČ DPH). I need a proper invoice issued to my company, including the following details: Company's registered legal name Company's registered address Slovak VAT ID (IČ DPH) However, when I try to purchase the subscription on Adobe's Slovak website, the checkout form only asks for my first name and last name. I cannot find a field to enter my company name or registered business address.I have not completed the purchase yet because I need to make sure the invoice will contain the correct company details. My questions are: Can I purchase the Lightroom 1 TB plan through the individual subscription section and still receive an invoice issued to my company? Where can I enter my company's legal name and registered address? If this is not possible with an individual plan, which Adobe subscription or purchasing option should I use? I w

I've only been able to find information relating to very old versions of reader and when applying this to the current version they don't seem to work. Ideally I need an msi to deploy, a gpo to manage settings and reference material to tell me how to use it. It should be simple, its not.
I work at a small company, and my Adobe account is “managed by my organization." What that means is that Adobe provides zero support; you cannot ask a question or speak to a human in any capacity. Obviously, my IT team knows nothing about how to use Photoshop or InDesign. Is there a way to change that setting so that I can get some help? I have tried to ask Adobe, but of course, you are not allowed to talk to anyone without the right paid subscription plan. They really do hate their customers.
From our company, as IT administrators, we download a self-service package so that users can install the applications they need based on their assigned licenses. The package is configured as follows:Management Options:Self-service install: Enabled Allow non-admins to update and install apps: Enabled Auto-update for end users: Enabled Self-service plugin install: Disabled Files syncing: Enabled Install of Beta Apps: Disabled Browser Based Login: Disabled Remote Update Manager: Enabled Include extensions folder & Extension Manager command line tool: Disabled Include Adobe Asset Link: Disabled AUSST override XML included: Disabled Install at default directory: EnabledThe issue is that although Adobe Creative Cloud is initially installed on the device through Intune with administrative privileges, whenever the user receives an Adobe Creative Cloud update, they are prompted to install it. Since they do not have administrative permissions, the update fails. As a result, the application be
Latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud 6.8.1.856 on Windows 11 Enterprise 25H2. And I see Error 191 when attempting to update CC even though it's already updated. I've dug through ALL of the suggestions posted here, Adobe's article on its 191 error, and more. Brand new Windows 11 deployment, brand new install of CC, and still get this error. Not just on one laptop, but multiple. No amount of troubleshooting resolves it. Seems like a bug that's been popping up since before COVID and each version brings it back in some way. WTF Adobe?
We had the same problem today. Around 100 machines started to download massive adobe update at once and it brought down our entire network, both WANs on the load balancer, and the failover backup network. Remarkable.
I’m trying to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud (version 4.9.0.515) on a work PC through the uninstaller that comes with the installation, but I continuously get the error “Uninstallation of Creative Cloud completed with errors”, and uninstalls nothing. I have tried re-installing the uninstaller from Adobe and running it as admin (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/manage-apps/creative-cloud-desktop-app/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html), and I get the same error. I have also tried Adobe’s Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/prepare-to-run-creative-cloud-cleaner-tool.html) but it relies on a python dll that my laptop does not have, and that I can’t get, due to work related restrictions. Only thing I’ve successfully managed to do is remove all registry keys associated with CC, but of course the application still remains and is functional. I have manually closed all Adobe related processes before uni
Why doesn't Adobe AUSST have an option to download Windows updates only and exclude Mac updates? We only use Windows computers, so downloading Mac updates wastes storage space and takes extra time. Can Adobe add an option to download updates for Windows only? There were many requests from other members but seems like Adobe was never interested to resolve it. We don’t use MAC in our environment at all but it’s taking a lot of spaces.https://community.adobe.com/questions-624/ausst-on-adobe-update-server-673802?tid=673802&fid=624
I have been granted access to Creative Cloud by my college IT course for web development. I can install the apps I need as follows: Creative Cloud desktop app, Photoshop, Bridge, Dreamweaver and Illustrator; all except XD which gets to 100% of the install then fails with error code 191. In addition, the CC desktop app itself fails to update with the same error.I have an administrator account. I have tried all 5 solutions outlined here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/error-code-191.html to no avail. I have completely uninstalled all apps, including the CC desktop app itself, run the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, and reinstalled from the ACCCx5_10_0_573 ZIP file (reinstalling from Creative_Cloud_Set-up.exe from the website, or through the Microsoft Store, gives the same result; I tried). I get the same error in every situation. I even tried installing with both anti-virus and firewall turned off to no avail. The information for error code 191 on this site is completely opaqu

Hi, my university provides Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise. The 3-month LinkedIn Premium offer appears in my app, but Redeem is greyed out (it also briefly disappeared). Two classmates with university accounts redeemed it. Can Adobe help?

Beim Verbinden von Adobe (Photoshop/Express/Acrobat) mit ChatGPT erscheint immer die Meldung "Your organization does not allow access to third party applications." I’m posting here because I have been trying to resolve a serious issue with Adobe Support for far too long, and I’m hoping someone in the community can advise me on what to do next. Here is what happened:Our organization purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams subscription and added three employees to the Business account. One of my team members, who previously used a personal Adobe account, attempted to transfer her files to our new Business account. The transfer did not complete correctly. Her files disappeared from her personal account, but they never appeared in the Business account. These files include important work materials such as designs, photographs, collages, and other visual assets. They belong to my team member and are essential for our work.To make matters worse, the cloud storage in our Business account does not load at all. It simply displays a loading spinner indefinitely. This issue has persisted, and we still cannot access the storage properly. What has happened wit
Hi,Hello, in the latest version of Photoshop—“Adobe for Business”—this blank window appears for just a few milliseconds after entering a prompt. Nothing else, no message, etc.Shouldn’t it show that there are no credits left in our subscription?https://account.adobe.com/?cfredirect&lang=de&mv=product&mv2=accc&product-version=6.10.0.252.41#token_type=bearer&expires_in=86399994 doesn’t help either. Thanks!
I applied (for my organization) for the non-profit licenses ($15/yr) and was approved by the vetting org Goodstack. But I have not been designated the "Admin" so I cannot login to the Admin portal to adminster the licenses. ?
Recent intentional changes by engineering changed the package downloads created for offline networks. The files used to be self contained .zip files, and are now .exe files that pull down the application from the network. Working with tech support I found this was intentional change, but it defeats the purpose of having an offline license and ability to create a package. Additionally, the workaround for this is to go into pre-generated packages and find the appropriate package to download. while this does function, it does not allow us to use the packages screen to see the most recently downloaded application and version, and does not allow us to see whether an application is “up to date” or “not up to date” as displayed on the packages main page. While the workaround provided will suffice temporarily, it does not provide the functionality we have come to expect from our Adobe contracts. Through years of continued use.
Until recently, after creating a package for any Cloud app in the admin console, when it was ready to download it prompted to save the package zip file. Now it downloads an exe that you have to download and execute in order to download the same zip files it did in the past. Why introduce an unnecessary step that we have to go through all sorts of loops in order to run an exe on a hardened server? Makes no sense to me. Yes, I do see that it performs a checksum comparison, but again, it just adds more steps to the download process and slows everything down. This was a bad idea.
