Get invoices via email

Thank you for your question. We completely understand how convenient it would be to receive invoices automatically each month by email.

At this time, automatic monthly invoice emails are not available. However, there are two things you can do:

Email notification when your invoice is ready: Each time a payment is processed, Adobe automatically sends an email notification letting you know your invoice is available.

Manually email invoices to yourself: From the Admin Console, you can select one or more invoices and send them directly to your email address by following this path:

Admin Console > Account > Billing History > select invoices > Email invoices

Please note this option is only available to the contract owner of the account. If you do not see the Billing History tab, your account may not have that role assigned.
