When creating a PHOTOSHOP installation package on the console, only versions 26.0 and above can be selected. How to create a version for 2024 and 25?

    Hi @goldpac,

Thank you for your patience while I looked into this.

I’d like to clarify that the option to download versions older than the previous release is available only with an Enterprise subscription. I’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that you’re currently on a Teams subscription. With this subscription type, you’ll have access to only the latest version (v27) and the previous version (v26) of Photoshop.

I’ve also sent you a personal message, please check that when you have a moment.

I hope this helps clarify the behavior you’re seeing. Do let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with.

    Thanks,

    ^BS

    Ola boa noite!

gostaria de baixar a versão 2025 pois o meu PC não é compatível com a versão atual, como fazer?

    Hi @PCNogueira,

    Thank you for reaching out.

To access a previous version of Photoshop, open the Creative Cloud desktop app, go to the Apps tab, find Photoshop and click the three dots next to it. If the option is available, you should see Other Versions in the menu.

Could you let us know what options you see when you click the three dots? This will help us understand what is happening on your end. If possible, please attach a screenshot.

If you are using a license assigned by your organization, your IT admin may need to enable self-service options in the Adobe Admin Console before the Other Versions option becomes visible to you. Please check with your IT team if this applies to you.

Please share what you see and we will take it from there.

    Hi @goldpac

Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, it seems you are looking to download older versions of the Photoshop application.

Upon checking, you have an active Teams license associated with the Adobe ID (email) used to post this query. You can create a managed package using the Admin Console to access older versions. Please refer to the following documentation for detailed steps:
    https://adobe.ly/40Qocd6

While creating the managed package, you can filter the list of available applications as follows:

    • Latest versions: Displays the latest version of all available applications

    • Long-term supported versions: Displays Adobe’s long-term supported versions

    • Older versions: Displays a list of previous versions of the applications, including those that may no longer receive security or feature updates

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
    Regards,
    ^AN

When creating packages for PS, the oldest version can only be selected as 26.0. We now need to install version 25.X. Where can we download the packages?

    Hi @goldpac,

Thank you for sharing the update. I appreciate you taking the time to keep us informed.
To help us better understand what you’re encountering, could you please confirm whether you’re seeing the option to choose a deployment method when you start creating a package?
This step is important because the Managed Package option is where you’ll find “Other versions” and “Add all” as shown in the image below.

Under Other versions, you should be able to view all available older versions.
If this option isn’t appearing for you, please let us know, that will help us narrow down where the issue might be occurring and guide you more effectively.

Thanks again for your update, and we’re happy to assist further as needed.

    Thanks,

    ^BS
