Thanks for your quick reply, petergaraway! From my first experiences with Photoshop 2.1 on Mac OS 7.1 in 1993 to nowadays, when a single subscription plan is so complicated that you - as a friendly member of the Adobe staff - had to explain it pointing to a wrong wording, after all these years I wonder how Adobe’s idea of customer relation and customer loyalty will work in the future. I had a subscription of the complete Creative Suite for years (from the vaporization of CS6 to 2018, I think) because I worked as an instructor and tutor in digital imaging, print design and layout, sometimes as a photographer. Now I "downgraded" to the photography plan. Premiere Rush is a "lite" version, a "XXS" version of Adobe Premiere, why should I pay in addition to use it "here and there, there and here" like Bob Ross used to say? There are enough apps for free like the mentioned DaVinci Resolve or Apple's iMovie and even web-based applications with similar (or more) functions to easy produce some video clips. After almost thirty years as a follower of Adobe, I’m disappointed, with respect. Thanks, SH

Hello petergaraway, thanks for your answer. - First to your question acc. my membership (question is still visible in the forwarded email). I've a paid account (photography plan). - To your advice "1) Sign out of Rush ... and sign in from there": Failed. - To your advice "2) Disable internet connection ... 3. Launch Rush": Weird. After this (no internet connection, no network at all) Rush 1.5.58 launched and displayed the example section, then it displayed the clips and the timeline. After quitting Rush and re-establish internet connection/WiFi re-launched Rush 1.5.58 refused to work again. - To your advice "3) Rollback to Rush version 1.5.54" This version works, it works with internet/WiFi too, BUT ... There's an alert that only one "export" is left and I should "upgrade" (I try to attach a screenshot) What? See above, Premiere Rush is part of the photography plan/subscription I've paid for. Why should I "upgrade"? Finally, I've the option to install the new version which doesn't work and an older version which doesn't accept my paid subscription. Thanks, SH

Thanks, Kevin-Monahan updating was already done before the first attempt to reinstall Adobe Premiere Rush: - Nvidia graphics driver GeForce Game Ready is 466.47, published 05/18/2021 - Nvidia GeForce Experience app is 3.22, published 05/18/2021 Alongside, apps working fine: - Windows Video Editor (part of Windows Foto) - VLC 3.014 - Black Magic DaVinci Resolve 17.2 - Photoshop & Bridge as parts of the Photography Plan (Creative Cloud app checks for updates automatically) I guess there’s an incompatibility, somewhere … Thanks, Sgt. Hi, Premiere Rush (newest version 1.5.58 Build 64, installer: newest Creative Cloud application 5.4.5.550) on Windows 10 21H1 Pro doesn't work. The app starts and then shows up Windows' "spinning" symbol (waiting, waiting, waiting...). The whole screen remains black but the three topics at the upper left (only links to WWW pages) & the upper menu is greyed out completely except the section "About...". Can't load an active project, can't create a new one, because the regular mouse cursor doesn't appear. Tried w/o success: - deinstall & reinstall Rush incl. machine reboot following every step, 3 times at all, I'm through with this! - reset the preferences of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 SPECS - Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit (21H1) - ASUSTeK H110M-PLUS - Intel Core i7-7700 CPU @3.60GHz - 16 GB RAM @2133 MHz - Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070/8 - Samsung SSD EVO 860 1 TB, 45% free space
