As I understand you purchased a plan, however, you don't see any details of the plan. I checked the Adobe ID which you are using with this community, and it does not have any active subscription.
Did you receive an email at the time of purchase? Please make sure you are signed in with correct Adobe ID to see the active plans.

We understand your concern.I see the subscription that you had purchased was successfully cancelled and a refund was also issued. The refund has been processed and usually takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. Kindly get in touch with your bank if you don't see the refund in 7 working days.

I see that you have an Illustrator subscription under the ID that you are using here. There is an issue with the payment details for this subscription. Unless you update the payment details, you will not be able to cancel the subscription.

The only option to get previous versions within the app is from 'Other versions',https://adobe.ly/40LbsE6. If the version isn't available, unfortunately there is no other way to install the previous version. There are no offline installers available.

Is your primary ID the same that you are using here, with this community? If yes, the ID is the same, however, there is no subscription under this ID. Also, when an email is changed, Adobe does not send messages. You will receive an email on your promary email address about the email change. Did you check your email? You may also check your Adobe account for any changes, https://adobe.ly/3EHxzUr. Hope this information helps.

The file that you download will install the Elements set up. You can use the installer files to install Photoshop Elements 2024 on your computer and then use it as a full or trial version. A serial number will be required to use the full version of the product.
