Hi @Delkin525 , I'm sorry to hear this issue persists. The engineering team believes they provided a fix to version 24.6. It sounds like this fix did not help you. So I notified the team again to keep looking into this issue. If you haven't downgraded to 24.3 yet, have you tried disabling Preferences -> Performance -> (GPU) Advanced Settings ... -> GPU Compositing? Again, we're sorry for the issue you're experiencing. Coincidentally, they seem to be uncached/non-downloaded iCloud files. Perhaps it's MacOS indicating the files are not cached to your local machine yet.

Hi @Hannes Drexl , I see your point, and I was able to reproduce the issue. This is actually a caching issue where the slice/partial content of the SO should not be modified, i.e. not moving/transforming. I filed a bug regarding this issue. Furthermore I was able to reproduce this as far back as Ps 22.5.9.

Hi @OliLin , "GPU Compositing" is not available in Ps 23.5.1. However, It is available in Ps Beta. What happens if you disable GPU all together? -Andrew

Please try out your hardest Liquify workflows and let us know if it’s solid for you. With the vast configuration of computer systems running Photoshop, it’s impossible for us to replicate the wide range of behaviors on our systems here, so this fix is requiring lower-level patches that we need your help to verify before we roll this out to everybody.

Hi @ralaged5 , Thank you for pointing us to that other issue. I do recall seeing this post and a few similar others. This one is definitely more aggressive than the others. The obstacle is having the steps to reproduce these issues. Unfortunately, the other posts do not provide enough details to reproduce the issue. And we internally have had no luck of reproducing these very rare occurances. But we'll keep trying!
