Registry: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System > EnableLUA set to 1 from 0
If this doesn't work for you, please check the AUSST folder. > %SYSTEMDRIVE%\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\ > %SYSTEMDRIVE%\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\UpdaterResources and remove all the files from these folders.
