Hi, Thank you so much for your fast response. The fast mode is back on (apparently I forgot to refresh it). I've attached a screenshot for you - you can see the Upscale button is available but when I press it, literally nothing happens. I hope you can advise me.

When you generate images with Adobe Firefly and get the four options, you get a button on them that says Upscale. Why does that button not work? I've had it work only 2 times out of 100 that I pressed on it.
