If repairing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables did not help, kindly try the following steps to reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and checking if it helps:
- Close all Adobe apps
- Uninstall all currently installed Microsoft Visual C Redistributable packages
- Install the latest Microsoft Visual C Redistributable package from here: (https://adobe.ly/3FeG6ys)
- Relaunch Illustrator Also, check for any pending OS updates and install them to see if it helps.

Would you mind checking if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/3XsGWxX)? If yes, try deleting Fresco, restarting your device, and then reinstalling the app to check if it helps.
If the issue persists, kindly share the crash report so that we can investigate this further:
Open iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. You will see file names like “JetSam-2023-01-03-083327.ips” (2023-01-03 is the date in the log, and 083327 is the time). Look at the timestamp to ensure you share the recent log file after the crash.
Upload the file to a file-sharing service and share a link to the file here or via DM.
