Good Morning, I went to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\1.0\ARM in regedit and did not see a iLogLevel key so I made a new one (picture 1 below) - hopefully that looks correct. Also I did not see an Adobe folder under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ (picture 2 below) - so I did not do that step either... Lastly I was not able to locate the AdobeArm.log file, I only saw a "AdobeARM_NotLocked.log" file...   Thank you again for the assistance on this,   Luke Erickson ... View more
