Hi Martin,
If you leave the mask expansion value below 536, does the mask still flicker?
Did you try changing the renderer to Software Only? Go to File>Project Settings>General and change the renderer to "Software Only"
I'm also curious if you have any nested clips in your sequence near the flickering spot. Let us know.

Hey Ilan, could you tell us more about what you're needing? Are you exporting the XML from Final Cut, then importing the project into Premiere? According to this Adobe HelpX document, markers should be included.
Let us know what's going on in your workflow, we'll help how we can.

Hola, Ukepraz!
I do not think it will cause a problem if you import an .SRT that you created in a 24fps project into a 25fps. Have you tried it yet? Let us know what happened!
Happy to help,

Thanks for including all the details about your version and OS, super helpful! There are a couple of things we can look into that can explain this.
In the Text panel, open the "..." menu and select Transcript View Options. In the settings menu that appears, there is a slider for pause length. The shortest pause Premiere can allow is .1 seconds, which is what is shown in your screenshots. That .1 second is the smallest amount Premiere can filter by without accidentally chopping off pieces of your audio. Is the .1 second of pause still too much space on your project?
Let us know, we'll help how we can.

Really interesting that it opens on another laptop! Do us a favor – on that crash window, check the box that says "Adobe may contact me for fixes and workarounds" and put your email in the box. Then click "Send report." That will make sure we have this experience logged on our end.
Is the project saved on an external hard drive or network storage? What about the media files you're using to edit?
If you remove the "_" from the title, change it to "Spin Melepura" does that allow you to open it? Sometimes special characters in project files can cause a glitch like this.

Hey Narko, so sorry to see this. I've lost footage from a shoot before too, it's brutal. To make sure I'm understanding correctly – does your Premiere Pro project open?
Did anything happen while you were exporting, like an external hard drive coming unplugged?
Do you have a backup of the video files on your memory card or phone?

Hey William, sorry to hear about the issues with time remapping. Mike is right, time remapping isn't supposed to affect audio.
Have you tried resetting preferences? https://adobe.ly/3EdV07T
Is it all your clips or just one type of clip? Where'd you get the video from?
Hope we can help,
Caroline

Hi Oscar! Let's dig a little deeper to see if we can figure out what's causing this. Just to make sure I'm understanding – resetting preferences does fix the problem, but the issue with labels keeps coming back?
Do you have any customizations like third-party plugins? Did you go into Premiere Pro Preferences to customize the label colors? You can see label preferences by going to Premiere Pro>Settings>Labels (on Mac) or Edit>Preferences>Labels (on PC)

Hi Serhii, very sorry for the error!
The first thing I suggest is to clear your media cache. Here's how to do that: https://adobe.ly/4g9WBsw
Could you tell us any information about the audio you're using? What did you use to record your footage?

Sounds like your video may have been a variable frame rate. I'm glad that importing it and exporting it from Express helped! Let us know if the issue returns.

Hey Paul_Gringo,
Did you solve this issue with generating proxies? Anything you were able to try other than rebooting your computer? Here are a few extra suggestions.
Reset preferences: https://adobe.ly/4hryS85
Launch Premiere Pro as an administrator by right-clicking the icon in your File Explorer and selecting "Run as Administrator."
Let us know how it's going.

Great suggestions @Peru Bob
If resetting preferences doesn't work, and neither does creating a new project, try going to Edit>Preferences>Audio Hardware and make sure the "Default Input" is set to "None."

.MP4 files are supported in newer versions of Premiere Pro. See our current list of supported file formats here: https://adobe.ly/4avjqWm
The suggestion to convert to AVI was only for people using Premiere Pro version 2.0. Which version are you using?
Hope this helps to clarify,

If you don't see a panel that you're looking for, you can always use the toolbar at the top of your screen to go open the Window menu. You'll see every panel listed there. If you select "Properties" it will appear.
Hope that helps!

Hi there, welcome to the thread! Let's see how we can help.
If you tried Software Only but you are still seeing issues, we recommend updating your GPU driver.
Here is how to update your GPU driver on a Windows computer
To update a GPU driver on a Mac, you must check the OS for updates
Hope this helps!

Hi Shobi, let's see if we can help.
How similar is your issue to the original post? Were you copying presets across computers? If you would like, you can make your own post on the Community board to tell us your experience.
Maybe try updating your GPU driver or updating Premiere Pro to the latest version.
Let us know, happy to help.

Thanks for updating us! If you have Premiere Pro closed, try launching it by right-clicking to select "Run as Administrator." Does that help? I think you're on the right track looking into permissions settings.

Hey Trevor!
What I'm understanding right now is that you're duplicating your sequence by right-clicking the sequence in your Project Panel and selecting "Duplicate." If you create a fresh sequence in the fresh project, then select all clips and copy/paste into the new sequence, does that help? It's a small difference, but may be the trick.
Would it be possible for you to share a screen recording of your process, starting when you add the project to your production? It might help us see what's going wrong.
Happy to help,
Caroline

Hi Denmark, sorry we may have missed your deadline! I'll share the steps to manually move customizations in case they might still be helpful to you or someone else who comes across this thread.
Premiere saves workspaces and customizations to the Profile folder. On a Mac, open your Finder, go to Documents > Adobe > Premiere Pro > find the correct version number. Inside the folder for the version number (mine says "25.0") you will see a folder called "Profile-yourname."
I don't have a PC to test the workflow on, but I believe the file path is the same. Open your Explorer > Documents > Adobe > Premiere Pro > version number > "Profile-yourname."
If you copy that Profile folder to a different version of Premiere Pro, it should take your workspaces with it. You can also step into the "Profile-yourname" folder to find the "Layouts" folder to pull specific workspaces to the newer version. It should be as simple as a copy/paste.
I'm not sure about Actions in Photoshop, you may need to create a post on the Photoshop Board to get that answered.
I hope this helps!

Let's see what else we can try. If the Export Tab in Premiere is working on your new Windows user account, it could be a permissions issue with your current account. If you have Premiere closed and launch it by right-clicking to select "Run as Administrator" will it allow you to access the Export tab?
If you have one account that is working and one that is not, you can also merge the two accounts together using the instructions here on the Microsoft Forums: https://adobe.ly/4ax3cfh
I hope one of these ideas is helpful!

Create two graphics elements in the timeline, or upgrade captions to graphics.
Select both graphics to see that Transform controls (specifically "position") is not available
Hold shift and select another type of clip in the timeline (video or adjustment layer, for example)
The properties panel does not offer transform at step 2 but does at step 3. Can we please move multiple graphics without selecting an additional type of asset?

Hi all!
Thank you so much for your patience! We have a new solution for this available in Premiere 24.0. You can follow the workflow in this YouTube video to accommodate the QuickTime gamma shift between operating systems. Your image will look the same in QuickTime as it does in Premiere.

Let's stick with it! Does it give you an error message or does it just crash?
Here are the other things we can try:
Launching Premiere on a fresh administrator account: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-10-20de74e0-ac7f-3502-a866-32915af2a34d
Check that you have enough space free on your hard drive
Select everything in the timeline, then use the toolbar at the top to go to Sequence>Render Selection
Check to see if Premiere is generating .crash logs for us to translate! Here's an article on how to find them on your computer. https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/faq-where-do-i-find-premiere-pro-crash-logs-on-windows-or-mac/m-p/9200778
