I did UX design and never learned Photoshop which is, to me, way more complicated. I simply don't know how to use it and I would need to spend A LOT of time learning. I don't need to create things that often. I do have the image without the glow.

Hi there, thanks for responding. It's greatly appreciated. So, the image I used, I believe is high quality. I removed the background of my jpg of me in adobe xd. Then, I exported as a png and used the png to edit in adobe xd to add the background glow (I duplicated myself in 2 layers behind, used dualtone, blur and spread one to each side. Then, I exported the final of me cutout and glowing. Then, I used that in adobe xd in a circle with a background image, masked. I've created the circles of this in various sizes. exported as png, without compression, and they're still blurry. This is so frustrating. I've never had this problem before. Is there any way someone can take a look at the project?

Hi there. So, I've created an image in adobe xd. It's a circle image to use as my profile pic for social media (IG, TT, etc). I overlayed and masked a png of me with glowing behind it which I created in adobe express, into a circle with a background pic. When I export it, no matter what I do if it is png, jpg, reduced percent, 2x, whatever it is, it shows up blurry when I upload it to the platforms. I compressed the exports as well. I created multiple size circles in adboe xd as well (200x200, 400x400, 1000x1000) However, when I send it to myself on my phone and view it on my phone in photos, it's completely clear. I cannot figure out how to fix this. Please help!
