GUYS, i solved the problem: - In Windows, go to "Device Manager", disable internal graphic-driver.  - Start newest Photoshop version, go to "Edit" - "Preferences" - "Performance" and check if Graphic-processor is used. Hallo, i got exactly the same problem in any Photoshop 2021 Version at Windows 10. I don't have any problems like this in Photoshop 2020.
