Hey @Genaro Arvizu,
I was able to confirm the same results using a sample file from the Nikon Z6 III and have shared this with the team. Please add your vote and follow this post for updates.
For now, it looks like you can upload the files via the desktop version and sync them across without any issues, so they should be accessible on your iOS devices that way.
In the meantime, could you also share the OS version and the Lightroom app version on the devices where it's not working?

@Walter_E_L If you go to Lightroom, do you see any errors? You can check by clicking the Filter icon at the top and selecting Sync Status > Syncing.

Hey @rod_7011, You want Photoshop, not Beta, to open the file correct? If you're not activley using the Beta version, try uninstalling that and then try opening it again. Let me know if that helps.

It sounds like you're working between Lightroom Classic and Lightroom (cloud-based), which are two different programs that can sync when manually set up. To better understand your situation, I have a few clarifying questions:
When you say you backed up everything, what exactly does that include?
Are you opening the same catalog, or did you create a new one?
Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? If possible, a video walkthrough would also be helpful!
