I am not sure i understand the issue here, but what you describe sounds like the correct way. Linked clips moves in unison while un-linked clips don´t since that´s the point when un-linking clips, to have the ability to move only the video or audio portion of the clip.
Do you have an example so i can test? (Such as; When i do "this" it works but when i un-link "that" happens and it ruins everything because....)

I just drag my pre-made srt-file to the timeline and click OK. Thats all i have to do and exporting works for me from the Text panel without any set up. Can that be because i use a pre-made srt-file to start with? 🙂

Open the Text panel and click in the timeline to select it. In the Text panel, click the three dots and select Export and do the export. This is lightning fast.
How can we do that?

Keeping project file and source media on a local drive is the way to go. Having them in a folder were a cloud service always read the files and upload them when needed do often cause issues.
Try it, move your project out of the cloud folder to a local folder and try if it is slower or faster.

I think you have lasso selected clips by mistake on Video 1 or Audio 1 or both and then by mistake deleted the clips. If the video is linked to the audio it is enough to lasso select either the video or the audio to select both.
This will never throw a dialog asking "Do you really want to delete the selected clips?", it just silently deletes them if you do it. This is how it works so one has to be careful since it is easy to ruin a timeline silently.
I either click anywhere in the timeline often or use a keyboard shortcut to de-select clips to avoid things like this when i am working with clips on the timeline.
Look at the video here starting from 1:00 on how to lasso select and how it looks: Select, delete, or ripple-delete clips
I am facing this too! what's going on? where in the world did i delete a chunk of it by accident. I only faced this recently. and this is the 3rd time i caught it.

This happens usually because the audio is not 16-bit and/or that some/all of the audio is compressed such as mp3/mp4. There is no way to change the project to 32-bit.
So if you have ~32 tracks of audio+busses+effects with a mix of the abowe that could be the issue. If not, ~32 tracks+busses+effects can be resource hungry as well. I do sometimes render out the final audio to a wav/aif and place that on a new track and mute the rest to take some load off the exporting process. Or, do the audio mix in an audio app and export it and use that file inside Premiere Pro. Too late now maybe.
Maybe exporting to QuickTime > H.264 and set the audio to 32-bit will help, if you want H.264. (Probably not)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!!!

If you upgrade from 2XH2 > 24H2 = You have sound.
Clean install of 24H2 = You have no sound and need to install the audio codec.
This is true for any version of Premiere Pro.
...Does this mean that the problem with missing AC3 audio with W11 24H2 only occurs when using PP 25?

O.k!
From what video editing app does the file come from?
You can also test Shutter Encoder - Encoder|Converter video FREE PC|Mac to see if you can transcode it there, iow if it does a "better" job than Handbrake. You can see how it reads the time of the clip as well.
Try as those settings:
The file size will be huge. Choosing Proxy instead of LT will create a smaller file.

I am not sure here, but maybe it is because in Premiere Pro/Audition the footage is interpreted as 23.976 fps and maybe the other apps interpret it as 24 fps. I cannot test/calculate it right now.
To test in Premiere Pro, select the file in the Project panel, right click on it and select Modify > Interpret Footage. In the Modify Clip dialog, change the frame rate from 23.976 by typing 24 in the Assume this frame rate-box and click OK. How long is the clip now?

Import one of the exported files in a Premiere Pro project and go to Edit > Edit Original. On the image below you can see that it will find the project name and the file path as well.
I've also the exported files but it is in another folder. There's not a solution?

It should be fixed in Pr 25.2 but i don´t know when it will be released. You can test it if you install the beta version of Pr 25.2.
You can render out compositions from AE and use those assets in the version of Pr you use today, so it is doable to continue to work without dynamic link. Maybe not great, but doable.

I would render the media to any local folder and when done, manually move them to the cloud folder/final location. This works everytime and will only have the final product in the correct place.
Is it possible to have it where ONLY the final product is places in the final location? Is there some settings or something to help speed up this process?

Not really, your timeline is set to 1920x1080 while you are exporting to 3840x2160 and as Ann says you are upscaling your footage from 1920x1080 to 3840x2160 and that will increase render time. Are your source footage 1920x1080 or 3840x2160?
Select your timeline and go to Sequence > Sequence Settings and change it to 3840x2160 and click OK. If your source footage is 3840x2160 you will have to re-scale the all assets on the timeline.
Try it and report back!

Any method will do it, File > Import Media as well. With any media.
@Exciting_creator5CB2 What version of Premiere Pro do you use? Can you export a video clip as DPX without issues? If yes, can you import the DPX files you just exported?
These normally need to be ingested via the MediaBrowser panel or the Import page. I don't do a lot of DPX, and trying to remember the exact steps. There is only one way that works. And I'm wondering if @Warren Heaton or @Richard M Knight might recall.

I guess that it can be an issue if the F-keys have more functions mapped than just let´s say only F5. This seems to be the case with the Logitech K350 in the thread you mentioned. (Functions printed on the F-keys and a Fn-key on the keyboard=issues.)
I have a keyboard with no Fn-key, so i have "only" standard F-keys. I have used F1-F11 mapped to panels and F12 to Save and it has worked for me for years. I did a test with the F5 key and it send out just one (1) command here and not two that was reported in the thread. I tested with the Insert command.
Good to know that i should avoid multi functional F-key keyboards in the future! 🙂
These assignments have 2 issues: can they be assigned (often yes) and do they work (sometimes no).
See the discussion in this thread:

Mac or Windows, desktop or laptop?
AFAIK there is no shortcut in Pr that disable/enable the second monitor in Premiere Pro. I tried to find it but could not. But i can assign F5 to any free command and have it assigned to Source Monitor today. I have custom shortcuts for F1 to F12. (Windows, desktop.)

Make sure to not have any assets in any folder/folders that Google Drive (any cloud service) uses.
Make sure to not save/create a new project that lands in any folder/folders that Google Drive (any cloud service) uses.
In OneDrive/Google Drive you often have links to files that are stored in the cloud but not locally on your computer. They will appear as files though they are not, until they are downloaded. If you use them in a project, they will indeed be downloaded since Pr needs them and only works with assest that are stored locally.
Thumb of rule is to never ever include files in folders that OneDrive/Google Drive, or any cloud service, controls in a project. Don´t save project files in any of those folders. Yes, upload project files you want to backup them. If one need files that are stored in the cloud, download them first and place them in a local folder outside reach for OneDrove/Google Drive, or any cloud service. That will work.
All cloud services want to control and backup/sync user folders such as Documents, Desktop, Downloads, Pictures, etc, etc and unfortunately Adobe apps, including Premiere Pro, defaults to those folders out of the box and that causes issues like this and sometimes files/assets are lost, precious project files as well. Avoid those folders, always.
Having this problem right now with Google Drive. I was working with a bunch of clips in Drive a month ago that were local to my system. Now most of those files have gone back into the cloud, I guess because they were inactive. Now when I open that project my entire Google Drive starts downloading

Try Nikse - Subtitle Edit to change the frame rate of the srt from 25 fps to 24 fps. Try it and save the 24 fps as a new srt file in case you want to have a 25 fps srt as well.
I tried it again it didn't work. The SRT 24fps is out of sync with the project in 25fps. I don't know if there's a step I'm missing...

For now, use either the beta version 25.2 or downgrade to 23.6.8 to fix sync issues.
Installing AC-3 manually (<https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/dolby_ac_3ac_4_installer.html>) brings audio back in Premiere Pro (v25.0.0, Build 61 and v25.1.0, Build 73) but reproducible out of lip-sync.

Did you use Jubler to check the srt file?
One good thing to know is that if you import a srt file and then do any changes to it it in Jubler/Subtitle Edit it will not auto-update in Premiere Pro, you have to delete it in Premiere Pro and then re-import it. That´s why i do those things before i even import the srt file.
Have you tried another Premiere Pro version?
What version do you use today? (Help > About Premiere Pro)
Have you looked into the srt file, iow if you notice that the text should show up at 80 minutes, how does it look in the srt file? For example, you expect the text at 80 minutes but the srt file says 79 minutes and 53 seconds.
I use srt files almost daily with timelines up to +2 hours and have never had any sync issues. So i suspect that the srt file or the video has some kind of error. A wrongly formatted srt file or variable frame rate in the video or a bug in the Mac version of Premiere Pro. All issues i have had has been there because the srt file was wrongly formatted.
This is the answer! I use a program called Jubler for Mac and it can do the same thing. I'm still unclear on how Premiere can not read the start-end times of the .srt file...

All srt files comes in as 30 fps for some (yet) unknown reason, but that does not matter in the end since it´s the timecode in the srt that counts. I use 25 fps video as well and has no issues with srt files that always comes in as 30 fps.
Before i import any srt file i run the through Nikse - Subtitle Edit and check it there using the "Fix common errors" command. Try that with your srt file and see if it finds any error.
Mine are formatted as this:
1 00:00:04,080 --> 00:00:06,080 Text here...
2 00:00:14,960 --> 00:00:17,840 Here as well...
3 00:00:20,160 --> 00:00:24,000 Blah, blah, blah.
4 00:00:24,080 --> 00:00:29,840 More blah, blah, blah...
Premiere says the .srt file is 30 fps, but the timeline is 25 fps.

While Adobe Media Encoder (AME) is good it´s not good enough (imho) and video falls apart fast at lower bitrates while other encoders don´t. I never use AME when i want H.264, i bought a third party encoder that gives me either H.264 or the much preferred x.264. So when i need H.264/x264 i render out a ProRes file from Pr or AME and then bring it into Video Conversion / Encoding - TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 7 and transcode it. Maybe you even can get better results than AME by using the free Shutter Encoder - Encoder|Converter video FREE PC|Mac. I have not compared AME with Shutter Encoder.
Pegasys do also have a plug-in so you can export directly from the timeline in Pr/AME, but it is sloooow so exporting to ProRes and then into Pegasys Mastering Works is faster. This is the plug-in: TMPGEnc Movie Plug-in AVC for Premiere Pro - Export Premiere Pro projects using the TMPGEnc H.264 encoder.
So consider to drop AME and look for a better third party encoder.
+ Better quality at low bitrates and smaller files.
- Cost money.
- Need to export to a ProRes file (LT or Proxy).
...why can't I get a good looking 150Mb file directly from Media encoder?

The very few times i have tested to transcribe in Pr i noticed that it did not work so good. It was some time ago and i don´t know if there has been any update.

I have never used Return for that, i have always used the Home key for that.
If you want to map it to another key, search for Go to Sequence-Clip Start in the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog and map it to the key you prefer. (It can not be mapped to the Return key here.)
The playhead does not return to the beginning of the track.
