Addition to 1) I mean they don't need a credit line since my personal blog/social media do not fall under the category of "editorial" I would think and I do not plan to use images with "Editorial Use Only" labels.
By @K30455006syt2
No, that's incorrect. A blog post is editorial. There is no differentiation to be made between private and non-private or for-profit postings.

I say "fine" only from the perspective of my responsibility, I would think everyone is responsible for what they use and how, I personally wouldn't just randomly take an image and start distributing it through my social media/blog. So if authors want to go after people who use their product without a license, it's not my responsibility and it's "fine"...
By @K30455006syt2
Sure. You should upload an internet optimized asset, however, and not distribute the full-size high-quality asset. I would recommend this even in the times of fast internet access. Low-resolution assets do not necessarily discourage asset collectors, but it will limit the stock usage.

To access the “free” collection on https://stock.adobe.com:
Select free from the dropdown list
enter your search term
you see, how many results there are in the “free” collection
Hover over the asset, and you see the “Free” indicator
You can license immediately or click outside the buttons to get further details on the asset.
And as we are here working with children: you get an asset, that has been submitted with a model release, where appropriate. That is important for all publication. For privacy reasons, however, that model release (or releases) are inaccessible to you.

And just to say: Adobe Express provides you with access to many stock assets for free with a limited licence:
https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms#limitedLicenses
Adobe Express comes in two flavours, the free one, with limited possibilities (and no access to for pay assets in stock) and the for-pay one, included in your “Creative Cloud all apps” subscription.

The all app subscription? (see here: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/all-apps.html)
This is where your confusion comes from:
There is indeed a huge free collection, but to give you a feeling for the extent of the free collection: Adobe adds millions of new assets each day. You have access to a limited subset of free assets that Adobe paid for upfront.
To access the free collection (what I frequently do for my not for profit work), you have to filter exactly for free assets:
You will be limited to 3 free assets per day, where the new day exactly starts 24 hours after licensing the last free asset.

This asset is not advertised as a vector asset. I don't see where you see any reference to vector and the ability to recolour?

Hi I have some illustration done using drawing apps and exported to psd. Mainly digital handrawn artwork. So what should I do to be able to submit to adobe stock?
I know that psd files are not accepted, so should I flatten all my layers and export to jpg? Or there are better ways? Thanks
By @natural_Jubilee7833
PNG, if they have a transparency layer, Illustrator format, if you are working with vector assets.

I had, apparently random, sales of completely unstaged photos.
By @TURELVI
That happens. But the art is to create staged pictures that look like they haven't been staged. In food photography especially, there are multiple tricks that make visually appealing pictures, but you won't eat the food after treatment. It's all about the illusion.

Checking your asset, there are several quality issues with your creation, so that my guess is simply that the moderator selected the wrong refusal reason:

My guess is that you did cutout the bird to move it in a nicer position, or something like that:

That means you CAN submit your generative AI content to Adobe Stock because you own it. Other AI services are not always this generous. Always read your TERMS of USE.
By @Nancy OShea
That's more than true. OP is confused about the copyright that the buyers needs to respect against asset ownership of the generative AI user.

You're welcome.
As a side note: I find your approach interesting, but you should allow for better focussing and if that is not possible with the camera/lenses you use, then you should use a different aperture. It should be possible to easily get a sharp picture at an exposure time of 1/100s out of your hand. So you can play nicely with different times and apertures.
I would change to manually setting the parameters, instead of using a priority shooting, like your aperture priority. That gives you much more leverage for creative settings.
And if you use a tripod, it would further enhance your shooting, as you could even combine different pictures into one.

It's not problem to get that assets removed. I just want my whole other assets and my income 🙂
What should we do, we will wait...
By @consumerinsights
Yes, you will need to wait. And when they decide to close your account definitely for not following the rules, chances are, that they won't pay the royalty earned up to that point. It's in the terms & conditions.

PayPal is not Skrill, but PayPal says, it could take up to 30 days for a refund, even that users report faster turn around times.
I know, however, that it is hard, when you are waiting for the money, and it takes time to come.

I agree. I see it myself. It's just that someone gives the wrong idea about stocks. That they say, upload everything and you'll be happy. But that's not true.
By @TURELVI
No, that's not true. Even that stock is about masses, and you need a considerable portfolio to have some decent revenue, you also need quality assets to generate sales.

Thats a really bad strategy if thats what they do.

You should look at this from the Adobe perspective. Generative AI is great business for them. The single contributor is just one pion in that game.

You need to refine your cutout skills. Your cutout is a mess.
I did put a blue line around every bit of transition between transparency and opaque, and instead only showing up at the asset's contours, half of your asset turned blue. If you use an automatic cutout tool, stop using that. It will create a lot of trouble and does not work correctly at the level required by Adobe stock.

By @vũ_văn_1792
So there are multiple accounts of yours getting suspended at the same time? Chances are that you made mistakes by uploading the wrong assets to the wrong accounts. We always discourage people creating multiple accounts, even for different assets.

This is really a stupid solution, this will affect the contributor too much, the complaint process can take up to several months or even half a year, while before I could earn several hundred dollars per month, why don't they solve it by canceling the revenue from the purchase behavior with the trial account?
By @vũ_văn_1792
Because as Adobe, they need to protect whatever activity and business they have. They need to react proactively to complaints and suspicious activity. And it is easier for them to block the account for a period of time than to let the account holder continue to contribute. That would engage Adobe's responsibility.
The time it takes to verify the activity has enormously increased because of the massive fraudulent accounts that got created, when Adobe allowed generative AI to be submitted. That increased the contributor base incredibly, and did unfortunately also attract some bad guys wanting to do the big money, without taking care of the rules.
We, fellow contributors, can only notify the increase in complaints because of blocked accounts, and we noted that many accounts stayed blocked for an extensive amount of time. Adobe does not publicly discuss any case, and the checking takes the time it takes. We can't help in any way.
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

OK, then I would ask contributor support. The $1 is probably from the Firefly bonus, if you do not have sales yet. But yes, the rules say that you will need to wait for 45 days after your first sale, before you can ask for a payout. I suppose that's a rule that gets applied automatically, and missions and Firefly bonus were not existing at that time.

Your pictures expose countless fake smiles. That looks awful, as a picture. But well, that is not a refusal reason, but more a style guide to further creations.
Whit is, however, an issue, is when the medical woman's gown looks like plastic and the writing is simply fantasy characters.
And then there are these unrelated texture changes like here:
I made sure the check all the right boxes to indicate that these are AI generated and involve fictional characters. Could anyone help me understand what issues I need to fix based on the rejected images below?
By @antoniom50918225
The rejection reason was "Quality Issues". Quality is not related to checking the right boxes. That are different refusal reasons.

The refusal may have several reasons:
Cutout: you need to refine your cutout skills. Automatic cutout methods do not provide the required accuracy: The green line shows your cutout on the football, and on a small line that I quickly draw in Photoshop. The cutout should produce a line more or less like the one on my line.
Your assets have a lot of “noise”. This may have been your style requirements, but I'm not sure that the moderators will accept that.
Lines are not anti-aliased. That gives these ragged edges, that may also be one of your style requirements, but that reminds me of the early computer graphics times when resources and possibilities were limited.
