Maybe some screenshots would help. Numbering your images SHOULD work, as long as you're sorting your view by Name. Did you use starting 0's for the first digit of your numbers under 10? Per a previous discussion, it looks like you may be creating your document with the "This document requires signatures" option selected. When doing that, you create an Adoge Sign Form. I was extremely frustrated, as Firefly seems to have no actual clue how to create a menorah, and no idea how to make it 9 candles. I tried multiple variations on this, and finally settled on this image, since it seems to be trying! Although, the 2nd one also seemed to try. It really ought to be working that way - does on mine, on my Mac. Question - are the things you're selecting on different layers? If so, remember to choose Sample All Layers in your Control Bar. You're on the right track concerning checking directory level permissions - and the developer should be able to tell you where his plugin is trying to save the files. Does this ONLY happen with plugins from this one developer, or from others? ... View more

It looks like it eventually opened your file. Was your content there, when it opened? Have you tried to open your file from the File>Open command, or does the error happen when you do that, the same as when you click the files icon? Is this repeatable when saving to another drive? Is the creative cloud app showing you as signed into everything else? Instead of signing out of the first device, try using Help>Deactivate IN the app on the first device. If that works, you may have more than 1 activation going, as Adobe apps allow you to be activated on 2 computers at a time. ... View more

I would love to see your curves adjustment on this. I'm thinking you may not be pinpointing the location of the adjustment, so it may be coming out more heavy-handed than you're prefer? You can have crisp white, but you want to be sure not to blow it out to specular. So, pick a place on the high end of the biggest lump on the histogram and pull up - making certain to have NONE of it attach to the top of the viewing area (specular white). Then, pick one shadow with the finger icon, to pull down on, and increase contrast in the area.  Attached, is a rough selection, but the general idea I'm getting at. I hope it helps. ... View more
