When you paste graphics between sequences, Premiere Pro automatically scales each individual layer within the graphic. This works well for simple designs but can disrupt more complex layouts with multiple layers and specific positioning. Unfortunately, there is no built-in option to disable this behavior.
If you can share a screenshot of one of your graphics along with its layers, we may be able to suggest an easy way to adjust the automatic scaling while maintaining the correct proportions.

The Automatch button in the Essential Sound panel automatically adjusts the overall gain of each clip to a specific loudness level, i.e. -23 LUFS. This is useful for balancing overall levels but does not automate the leveling of peaks.
If you need to control peaks and automate levels, I recommend using the Dynamics effect:
Compressor: This allows you to reduce peaks that exceed a certain level (Threshold) by a specific amount (Ratio). You can also adjust the overall level using the Makeup dial.
Limiter: This ensures that the audio does not exceed a defined maximum level (Threshold).
One question to consider: Why are you targeting a range of -6 to -1 dB? That is a relatively high and narrow target for dialogue, which is typically mixed at lower levels for broadcast or online content.

The view mode for projects and bins is stored within the project file itself, meaning it overrides the workspace view mode.
To reset the view mode for an entire project to List View, follow these steps:
Create a new project in Premiere Pro.
Set the Project panel to List View.
Import your existing project into the new one (File > Import).
This process resets the project and all its bins to List View.

The Path property is limited to linear keyframes, meaning it does not support bezier curves or smooth interpolation.
As an alternative, you can achieve a similar effect by animating with the Position or Scale properties. These properties allow for both Temporal and Spatial Interpolation, giving you more control over easing and motion curves.

You can change this behavior by adjusting a setting in the Timeline:
Click the Timeline Display Settings (wrench icon) in the Timeline.
Check Composite Preview During Trim.
With this option enabled, Premiere Pro will display frames before and after the trim point for all tracks, instead of only showing the frame after the trim point for the trimmed track.
However, when dragging a clip in the Timeline, the Program Monitor only displays frames from that specific track. If no frames exist on either side, the monitor will appear black.

How are you evaluating the video quality? Are you reviewing the exported MPEG-2 file, or are you watching the final authored DVD?
Keep in mind that DVDs are limited to Standard Definition (SD), which means your original footage will be downscaled, potentially reducing sharpness and detail.
To improve quality, consider using Variable Bitrate (VBR) instead of Constant Bitrate (CBR). VBR allows for better compression efficiency, allocating more bitrate where needed. This bitrate calculator can help you determine optimal VBR settings for better results.

The Channel Blur effect has been discontinued as of Premiere Pro 24.6.
You can recreate a similar effect using the ASC CDL and Gaussian Blur effects. Follow these steps to isolate and blur each color channel:
1. Isolate the Blue Channel
Apply the ASC CDL and Gaussian Blur effects to your clip.
In the Effect Controls panel, adjust the ASC CDL effect:
Set Red Slope to 0 .
Set Green Slope to 0 .
2. Isolate the Green Channel
Duplicate the Blue channel clip and move it to a track above.
In the Effect Controls panel, adjust the ASC CDL effect:
Set Red Slope to 0 .
Set Blue Slope to 0 .
Set the Blend Mode of this layer to Linear Dodge (Add).
3. Isolate the Red Channel
Duplicate the Green channel clip and move it to a track above.
In the Effect Controls panel, adjust the ASC CDL effect:
Set Green Slope to 0 .
Set Blue Slope to 0 .
At this point, your clip is split into three layers, each isolating a different color channel. You can now adjust the Gaussian Blur effect on each layer to blur that specific channel independently.
To save time in the future, consider saving each effect as a Preset.

Did you use the exact same composition in After Effects to update the MOGRT? If you duplicated the original composition and made changes to the duplicate, the update will not work. The MOGRT must be linked to the original composition it was created from.
If you need to make modifications, ensure you're editing the same composition in After Effects before re-exporting the MOGRT.

This has been a known issue in Premiere Pro for over a decade.
A reliable workaround is to sync your media using a multi-camera source sequence. This method is recommended regardless because it helps maintain synchronization more effectively than syncing individual clips directly on the timeline.
You can follow Adobe's official guide on creating a multi-camera source sequence here: Create a Multi-Camera Source Sequence.

I recommend creating a brand-new graphic in your timeline with the same font settings as a reference. Then, find another graphic on the same timeline that appears different and compare their settings.
Sometimes, copying and pasting graphics between different sequences can alter their scale. To check for this, open the Effect Controls panel and review the Scale settings under both Motion and Transform for the specific text layer. If the values differ, adjusting them should help maintain consistency in your text appearance.

The effect itself is the same, but the difference comes from the position of your text. When the text is centered on the screen, the animation looks correct because the anchor point is at the center of the frame. However, if you apply the same effect to text positioned elsewhere (such as at the bottom of the screen), the scale animation will still originate from the center of the frame.
To fix this, before saving the preset, adjust the anchor point in the Vector Motion controls so that it aligns with the horizontal center of the text. This will ensure the scaling animation behaves as expected.

If you need to create gaps in your Adjustment Layer above every clip on Track 1, and each track uses a specific label color, follow these steps:
Select a clip on Track 1.
Go to Edit > Label > Select Label Group to select all clips with the same label color.
While pressing Shift to maintain their horizontal position, drag the selected clips onto the track containing the Adjustment Layer. This will automatically create gaps in the Adjustment Layer for each clip.
Move the clips back to Track 1.
A more efficient approach may be to use nesting or source clip effects, depending on your workflow:

Master Clip Effects: Apply effects to the source clip rather than individual timeline instances. Learn more about master clip effects
If you're working with footage from multiple cameras, consider using multi-camera source sequences and source clip effects for better control over your edits:

DVD is a standardized format, so there aren’t many settings to adjust beyond the bitrate.
The key is to use the highest possible bitrate that fits within the DVD’s capacity based on your video’s duration. To determine the optimal bitrate, you can use this calculator:

Yes, unlike Premiere, Audition cannot mix different sample rates on the same timeline, so it needs to generate new versions of the files to match the sample rate of the multitrack. It's best to choose the most common sample rate in your media for your sequence (this is good advice for Premiere anyway, as it will reduce your render time when you export).
