The method that worked for me was to download the font collection for Mac here: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/fluentui#/resources. I read the end-user agreement and I'm not using it for anything prohibited. I'm using it only for personal use reading PDFs.   Double-click all the .ttf files inside the download. They open with Font Book. You can then copy them wherever you might need to use them. In my case, I copied them to PDF (select and drag to PDF icon) and voila! I can now read this PDF. ... View more
