Don't use Illustrator Cloud documents (.aic), there is no way to stop the saving. I totally understand that you want to control when and what to save.

So the additional black stroke is appearing and the purple one gets smaller? Can you share that part of file before expanding? Rename the extension from .ai to .pdf before attaching to a post

I wonder what you are showing here? A 100% view screendump? CPU or GPU Preview? An export as an image at what resolution and what zoom factor? An export with what anti-aliasing option, Art or Type?

@Geny1973 @Anubhav M I can reproduce this problem. 29.3.1 Create a screendump on Mac with Cmd Shift 4 and drag drop it to the artboard. Result after saving and reopening the screendumps are gone. In addition to that, if the Document had an sRGB Document Color Profile it will be changed to the color profile of the screendump. If it was dropped in a CMYK document, the document becomes an Untagged CMYK Document. Drag and drop (if it works) has been reported to change the ICC profile of the document. Edit: just updated to 29.4 and the bug is still there.

I would just use an external harddisk to work on the same file on 2 different machines, you need to transfer the InDesign file anyway. Linking to CC libraries does not allow you to create a package in InDesign to hand it over to someone else. An external harddisk and make many backups...

You can create a clipping mask to hide the unwanted parts. Create a rectangle with the wanted size. Position it above the image (which you can scale before clipping). Select both thye image and rectangle and choose Object > Clipping Mask > Make https://helpx.adobe.com/de/illustrator/using/clipping-masks.html

My 2025 shows { // Debugging // alert (e + ": line " + e.line); } It looks like the Photoshop beta created this problem (I did not install that beta) and maybe the Photoshop 26.5.0 update today helped.

Do you still have the Pantone Libraries? Where do you store your client Pantone colors? Do you use CC libraries? I see in your second screendump that your 072 CV has an RGB Color mode, how did that happen?
