As otheres have said, keeping your files RAW preserves a lot more editing opportunities, especially editing White Balance that is baked into TIFF files.

Printing to my Canon Pixma Pro 100 with Sequoia 15.3.1 works fine for both Printer Manages Color and Application Manages Color in LrC 14.2. I was running Monterey as my computer did not support anything newer but now can run the latest. Upon switching to the new M4 computer I had to recreate all my printer setups but it is working fine. Not sure if or when Apple will break this again. Apple has lots of practice doing that.

Just using RESET may not get you back to the image without the import settings being applied. RESET just resets the image to the imported state. There are two included presets in LrC and one sets the image to Adobe Default and is called ADOBE DEFAULT and is located in the Default preset section. I placed this in Favorites and turned off the Default section. The other is Zeroed and it is in the Classic-General preset section. This sets all sliders to zero.

The Collection criteria in your filter has to be a simple Collection, not a Smart Collection. This will not work.

Yes, this is broken using the LM 10.0.2 and IOS 18.1. Mine actually does an import but after several tries it only imports a portion of the photos. If I selected 8 it will import any where from 1 to 7. It never imported all of them at one time. Hope this gets fixed quicker than last time.

Elements and Premier were POOR choices when there were no licensing time restrictions as there are way better choices now but PSE/P are definately a non choice now.

Try this. Sometimes LrC thinks there is an issue with the GPU or something and sets this file to turn GPU off. Erasing the file and restarting LrC should fix the issue and allow you to reselect GPU support in preferences.

@drtonyb OK, my bad. I get the same behavior has you show in your video if I use the menu to create a SINGLE VC. What I was doing was using RightClick and creating all three VCs. That works correctly. I agree using the menu to create the VC is not the expected behavior. I do not think I have ever used the menu an did not know it creates a single VC. This appears to be a bug or at a minimum a POOR design.

@MeCody @drtonyb On my Mac In either Library Loupe or in Develop. Auto Sync needs to be turned off the following is what happens 100% of the time. LrC always selects the VC that was created for the Most Selected master photo. This is the behavior I would expect to be as-designed.

I have observed the same situation in Photoshop. I have imported the SAME image as layers an aligned them and they are a couple pixel off. If I do the alignment again it is sometimes correct.

I think this inconsistency is because of LrC and ACR/LR "sharing" many of the new panel designs and not the older ones where LrC has kept them.

@ben232323 As the thread states, this only happens on MacOS versions PREVIOUS to Ventura. Adobe will probably be dropping support for LrC for any OSs prior to Ventura in a couple months if history is any indicator so this will never be fixed for Monterey

Of course not. Why are you leaving the -2 file in the same folder as the file with the same name and then trying to name them the same name.. You can not do this rename using the Windows operating system so why would you expect LrC to do anything different. You move the -2 files using LrC to ANOTHER folder and then do the rename using preserved filename. This is not a LrC issue, it is an Operating System rule that the two files can not be named the same in a single folder.

If you DID NOT rename on import you can use Presereved Filename to name it to the original name. (This MAY work if you did rename on import. I can duplicate the issue on Safari on Mac. This is how the page is displayed at 100% or LARGER ZOOM IN This is how the page is displayed when using ZOOM OUT Set Safari to Actual Size and see if it fixes the issue for you. Its a bug in the NEW Safari probably but if not it will probably never be fixed in LrC as Adobe rarely fixes anything in Web.
