If doing cuts-only, single stream editing with a Smart Rendering format from strorage media with sufficient bandwith using minimal effects and minimal audio mixing while no other applications are open, maybe.

I'd set 64GB as the base for 6k-8k source in a 4k Sequence with 128GB or more preferred.

 

Have you had a chance to review the hardware recommendations for Premiere Pro?
