Hello everyone im begginer for adobe premiere pro but i have one problem Premiere pro rendering my i7 6950x i have low cpu usage around 20-25% my preset is h264 high bitrate can fix it?

my specs

i7 6950X

Asus rampage V X99

32gb ram

980ti SLI

m2 128gb mp500

What is the source media?

Any other hard drives installed or connected?

i have RAID 0 500GB WD BLUE

source media what do you mean? my video files for rendering? is a AVI

It could just be that the combination of the speed of your processor and the disc read/write speed doesn't allow more of the processor to be used.

Run this benchmark test and post the results:
