AMD iGPU with Premiere pro 2024 using Intel arc a770 dGPU- still an issue?

So do i get this correct? When using ryzen 9 7950X with the newest premiere pro, dGPU souch as Intel Arc a770 wont be used for rendering nor de-/encoding because of the igpu in the cpu?

Is this still the situation in january 2024? Adobe?
