Best laptop to buy in 2023

Hi everyone I need help shell i buy i7 with Intel 12th generation and 16 gb ram with RTX 3070 8GB graphic card LAPTOP OR intel i9 12th generation laptop with 32gb ram and 4gb rtx 3050ti graphic card for after effects ( rendering time dosent matter but preview of the footage should be lag free ).

And will it be future proof from the point of view keeping in mind about the after effects software
