Buying new computer with Solid State.. what RAM and Graphic cards, and processor is good for Adobe C

So I am getting a new compugter, the current computer runs very slow specially when I use any of the Adobe Cloud apps.

I am thinking of getting a 32gb RAM

1T of solid state and 2T of regular old drive (HDD) for storage.

But what is a good graphic card?

What is a good processor? 

I was doing some googling and an article came it depends of your work? light, medium, heavy? <<<  what does that even means?

Of course I want to get work fast and don't want to be dealing with frozen screens.

The programs I use (not everyday, but maybe 3 times a week, or whenever I need them)  from Adobe Cloud are:

Illustrator

Premier pro

photoshop

Character Animator

^^ Some of them I haven't use in a while, but they all take forever to work with now.

The computer I have today was never fast with Adobe, but it was on the acceptable side.

2T HDD drive

Procesor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.41 GHz

RAM: 16GB 

Display adapaters:  Intel(R) HD Graphics 530,  and NVIDIA Geforce GTX 745

I don't work in Adobe all day, but when I get to it, I don't want to be waiting 3 seconds to load a function every time I press a button.

Say, I posted in premier pro because I had to pick one of the forums.

Do you think premier pro is the app that takes higher requirements from the Adobe apps?

Other apps I use are Photoshop, Illustrator, Character Animator..

Use HDD only for backups.

Put your media on a fast SSD for Premiere Pro.

All apps would run from the SSD, that includes Adobe, Microsoft, any other apps install in the computer will be in the SSD drive.

I think Adobe uses links of files to work with? yes?

So, do I need to keep all the files in the SSD?   

I was thinking of bringing the files from the HDD drive to the SSD while I work on them, then, transfer it all to the HDD.

Currently, I have a 1.8T of stuff in my HDD computer, so not everything will fit in my 1T SSD, but then, the 1T SSD is also made to boot faster, while keeping most of the documents that you work with stored in the less expenssive HDD.

Premiere Pro works best from an SSD, not HDD.  Files can be accessed faster.

That is a good workflow, as long as any of the files in use by Premiere Pro (including the cache) is on a fast SSD and there is sufficient free space on the drive.
