Can't export with Dual Monitors and Premiere Pro CC 2017

I am having dual monitor problems ever since I upgraded to Premiere Pro CC 2017. With dual monitor setup I am able to edit and view on both monitors just fine, but when I try to export the export screen does not appear and I have to Force Quit. When I re-boot and try to export with one monitor it exports fine. Wish I could find a fix.
