how much memory must my pc have to use properly Adobe premiere pro? Other technical demands?
It depends upon what type of media you will be editing.
In general, at least 24 GB, but more is better.
The choice of processor, hard drive setup, video card, and type of RAM may be more important factors.

What is the processor speed?
You need more RAM.
The graphics card is not good enough for any significant CUDA benefit.
What kind of hard drive and what size?

That model can come configured many different ways.
As yours is now configured, it will not likely be a happy experience using Premiere Pro on it.

Thank you for your answers!
I am not so professional (as you see ) with these technical things, so I cannot answer your questions. I would still be very happy if you could google my pc and check the details.
Anyway, Happy new year to you!
