Hi, I'm fairly new to Premiere Pro. Do you think it is worth buying a Premier Pro keyboard with the short cuts labelled on it?
Thinking of buying one during Amazon Prime sale but worried I might be wasting my money.

IMO you are wasting your money.
When changing or adding keyboard shortcuts they wont match anymore.

I wouldn't be without my Contour Shuttle with its jog wheel and programable keys.

Some people absolutely LOVE working with a dedicated keyboard with colored shortcut keys. I thought a couple times about getting one, but didn't.
There are a couple editing keyboards I've seen that have 'extra' key things that you can assign, and those might be pretty usable. Kinda like the Resolve editing keyboard I think.
A LOT of people use button boxes ... Xkeys or Streamdeck are the main ones, though many game button boxes can work. I've got a Razer Orbweaver Chroma just to get all the extra buttons and the ability to create macros that run with one button.
Plus I've got both the Tangent Ripple and full Elements control surfaces. Which are amazing in color, but as you can now map them for audio work such as controlling volume/panning, graphics, including scaling/rotating, and tons of other things, are pretty much a dream tool for me.

It depends on the user. You will have to judge for yourself. I think some of the custom keyboards from 17 years ago had removable keys. I just made the move to an awesome wireless keyboard myself. If you have multiple computers you can buy 3 different keyboards for $19.99 or you could buy one awesome wireless multi device keyboard for $42.99. The choice is yours.

I rekey some of the keys in my regular keyboard (like left Windows or Menu) that I don't use to V or K to make the shortcuts easier for me to click one handed while the other hand is on the mouse.
