New Here ,

Media Encoder not using 100% CPU or GPU for rendering. If I render directly H.264 Video from Premiere Pro its uses 100% CPU, but If I render that same clip using Media Encoder its stop using 100% CPU or GPU and rendering take too long. Please help me out in this issue.
