The only reason to be mad is the hard to read blue font.

Looks good to me, but I'd wait for more expert opinion before pulling the trigger.

What type of media will you be editing?

Thanks Bob...mostly 4k clips from drone footage.  Also using Lightroom, and downloading movies and stuff like that.  Honestly, I don't have that many projects cooking right now, it's seasonal for me in New England, cold weather means fewer flying gigs.

Do I want dual SSD/7200HHD on the above configuration, or do I go single drive with "2TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD"

If you were to splurge and change something(s) on the above config, what would they be?  I am not creating motion pictures here, just editing and adding flare to  huge files my drone creates.

Thx for your very valued input.

I'm not sure which of the two configurations would be better. Maybe R Neil Haugen or RjL190365  could chime in here.

You will need to use proxies for 4K drone footage.

With the rest of it, to "balance" things better, might be nice to have the fast 8-core CPU and 64GB of RAM. Then you'd really drive hard enough to use that 1080.
