In addition to what RjL190365 said, you want at least an i5, preferably an i7. That size screen would be too small for my eyes.

That said, I would not drop all the way down to a 1366 x 768 display regardless of the physical size of the screen: Such a laptop would have required an external HDMI-connected screen - which would have completely defeated the primary purpose of a laptop to begin with - just to even run Premiere Pro at all.

The answer is: It will not run the latest release of Premiere Pro CC at all unless you upgrade the RAM to at least 8GB.

For the other Adobe programs that you mentioned, check the minimum and recommended system requirements for each of the programs. Plus, you may need an external USB 3.0 hard drive if you intend to store large files.
