I opened my Premiere Pro today to edit my videos and I came across my Premiere without playing any sound.
I did all the tests, changed the audio card, the device class, reinstalled the audio drivers, created a new project, opened an old project and nothing works.
The audio clip is generated normally, the VU meter works normally and no sound comes out of the premiere.
I know my headset is working, as I have already tested it with Skype, discord, system sounds, Google Chrome, Youtube, Spotify sounds, all play the sound normally, only the premiere does not work.
I've already tested it with adobe audition, taking the file I was trying to edit at the premiere. I was able to hear it in the audition, but I can't hear it at the premiere!
Help me please! = '(
Searching for solutions to this, I discovered that in addition to the audio settings, in the "playback" tab in preferences, you can also choose the audio settings for the premiere playback during editing. Only when I changed these settings did it work.

This is exactly the drive I use. I have an external Behringer sound card that I use for some services and it uses this driver. However, even when I activate it, the sound does not work.

Try resetting the preferences:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/FAQ-How-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-Premiere-Pro/td-p/...
If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html
If that doesn’t work:
Try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

This also didn't work. In fact, the attempt to reset preferences did not work. But thanks!
