To be honest,

You will be able to run the oldest version of Premiere Pro that is currently still available, version 13.1.5. But you're running out of time for this version because it will become "permanently" unavailable via the Creative Cloud app when version 15.0 becomes available (expected very shortly).

Nvidia had completely discontinued all support, outside of archived drivers, for all Kepler mobile GPUs in 2019, with the very last driver ever released for the Kepler mobile GeForce GPUs such as that GT 740M (version 425.31) released in early April 2019. The current 14.9 version of Premiere Pro now requires driver version 461.xx or higher just to be deemed "compatible." Unfortunately, Kepler mobile GPUs cannot use that driver version at all.

While you have an older combination for integrated and dedicated graphics, it'll probably run Premiere Pro well enough.  Of course, there's still your processor, operating system, RAM, hard disk space, and monitor resolution to consider.

Adobe Premiere Pro CC2017 is an older version that's no longer supported.  If it's already installed, it should still run.  ProDesign Tools maintains the stand-alone installers for CC2017 here:  https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2017-direct-download-links.html.

As long as your Creative Cloud subscription is active you should be able to use the stand-alone installer, but I couldn't tell you from having tried it myself.  I've uninstalled CC2017,
