i will used those processors inside workstations PCs

Neither. Both CPUs are too old, and are no longer supported by Intel itself. Plus, the W-2135 has only 6 cores and 12 threads with much lower IPC than newer CPUs.

 

Moreover, the RX 480 is now depreciated to the reduced driver support mode, which signals the impending end of support lifetime for it and all other pre-RDNA GPUs.

 

In other words, you'd be much better off with an entirely new PC system that's equipped with a 14th-Gen Intel i5 CPU than either of those two workstation relics.
